I am hoping someone can advise me on this, I was overcharged on my mobile phone bill, £176, I contacted them and they said they would refund the £113 that I was owed within 3 days. When I checked my bank 3 days later they had only refunded £50, so i phoned again and asked to speak to a manager, the person I spoke to refused to put me through to a manager and said that someone would phone me within 2 hours, they did not! So a day later I phoned again still asking to speak to a manager, again to avail, I was also told again that someone would contact me within 48 hours, no one has! All the money has been refunded but I am really not happy, what can I do?

I'd not worry anymore if you got the money back. What can you do expcept waste your time calling again for it to fall on deaf ears?

That sounds like very poor service. Do have an Orange shop you could go to to see if by being there face to face they might be able to get to talk to the right person for you?

personally i wouldnt be arsed to ring back again. you've got your money, i doubt you'd get anything more so i'd leave it

I did ring this morning, I had a moan about their service, and they are now going to refund me the early upgrade fee I paid £113 and 2 months free line rental £90 so £203 in total, am pleased with that :)

I was going to agree with the others and say not to bother since you've had the money back now, although it would piss me off - sounds like it was worthwhile though!
