My lot are over for tea on Weds. I've got a couple of quiches I know they like, we're not keen. I'm working tomorrow. If I cook them off this afternoon will they be in good nick for Weds?
I'm SC-ing my gammon today too. The more we can do today the better :)

I would think it would be fine until Wednesday, I don't mind quiche but it has to be hot!

I actually prefer it warm and a little overdone!

I made a James Martin quiche a month ago and froze it after it was cooked. Took it out Saturday and ate it yesterday and it was lush (if I do say so myself). I froze it in the tin and reheated it gently (the recipe actually said to reheat from frozen but I didn't read that until after I'd defrosted it!)

Yes it will definitely last two days in the fridge once cooked and cooled.
