Could I make some casseroles with meat that I have frozen then freeze it again when it is cooked?

I always do-it's cooked so it should have killed any bacteria. That's my thinking anyway!

The rule I follow is you can re freeze thawed raw meat. But you can re freeze it cooked.

Yes. defrost throughly cook, cool throughly then freeze. Then only reheat once.
