I'm usually a barely there 36A but now I'm 36E I don't think running in my usual push up bra will be very comfortable! Are sports bras ok to wear when BF? I don't want to spend a fortune but want something substantial enough to restrain my boobs when running and riding.

Shock absorber bras. Look ugly, have always worked for me. They have different levels of support based on activity so look on the label to see. With running you do need lots of support and will need one designed for the higher level of support. I used mine when BF.
And wow what a change in size - A cup to E cup. Mine only went up one cup size.

Def shockabsorber. They are about £30 but you should be able to find them cheaper on ebay.

Another vote for shock absorber, I got mine from a website called boobydoo. I can't believe you have gone up that many cup sizes - wow!

I have a shock absorber one too. I wouldn't buy a cheap one to be honest. Shop around, I got mine from brastop.com

Oh and the massive boob explosion is great now, not so good once I stop feeding and they disappear to saggy socks!

I was going to suggest Sweaty Betty as when not PG I have bee stings for b00bs and find their bras really comfy and supportive for my needs. i prefer over the head ones as many a time I've been out for a run the clasp has come undone.
