I'm so chuffed - I weighed Monday morning and was 10 stone exactly. Weighed this morning at 9 stone 10lb 2 oz!! So 4 lb off in 4 days!! Well worth me being hungry all the time
I know I can't go back to how I was eating before or it will all go back on, I'm going to have a couple of treats this weekend (basically wine) and next week eat more food than this week but keep up with the fruit I've been eating and as long as I've kicked this bug by then I will be introducing exercise so hopefully it will maintain/lose a bit more - my goal is 9 stone 7lb plus toning.
Am really pleased with how strong I've been - I know it's only been 4 days but it's been really hard and I've resisted all temptation!
Best thing is my size 10 jeans don't feel tight now.

Well done darling, I think you need to do it straight and then it becomes habit. Be careful not to fall innthecwine and undo all your good work. x

Belle I've been eating 1200 cals a day but made up of healthy food with lots of fruit/veg/salad. Fruit and salad never fill me up which is why I've been hungry and I've not been eating carbs. I have a huge appetite which is why I've done this to try and reduce it.
Thanks Beez I know I need to be careful now but 9 stone 10lb is kind of where I usually stick at (it's only cos I've been eating so much rubbish these past few weeks that I put that weight on) so I should be able to eat some carbs and treats again now as long as treats are kept for weekends and I do exercise as I've not done any at all this week due to my cough/cold.

Are you drinking much water? That will help reduce apetie - we often think we are hungry when really it's thirst.

Yeah I've been drinking 4 pints of water a day which isn't that hard as I like water anyway.

Yeah i drink loads as well, at least 1.5l during the day - makes me pee loads tho!
