Come out, come out where ever you are!!
How is everyone. Weigh in for me tonight, and i'm not hopeful at all. My crap weekend has destroyed any chance of getting my 1.5stone before i go on holiday. But it's not the end of the world.
B - rice crispies & milk
L - cous cous salad
D - TBD
Snack - fat free yoghurt with grapes and strawberries
I'm dead on my feet today, zumba was a killer last night.

It's Thursday today
I've had a bad week and a half as me and H both been off work. I'm back to work now and going to try and be better over the next week and a half, that's when I'll weigh in, its all about damage limitation.
I've still been going to the gym most days so hopefully that will have counteracted some of the naughtiness.
B - Go ahead bar.
L - Sandwich and yoghurt
D - Ready meal.

Well my day of being good was undone last night when neither H nor I could be bothered to cook dinner. I ended up having 2 slices of toast with cheese on top and then 3 chocolate digestives. We didn't sit down til gone 9pm so just couldn't be @rsed.
Didn't exercise thismoring either, was too sleepy. Will do some sit ups tonight if our evening is better.

Well I had a good day yesterday and should be good again today. I've given up my morning tea with two sugars and am having yogurts, dried fruit and nuts for snacks. Mmm exciting.

L - ham sandwich
D - possibly chicken stir fry with noodles

I'm still here. Not a great day yesterday as Munchkin was down for lunch which always involves cake!
I;ve got a terrible sore throat so had to have ice cream last night! Oh dear.
I'll be back to the gym saturday and really wanna kick start a weight loss tone up programme as I am hoping for a weekend away x

I weighed in at 10.10 today. 1lb loss from last week. I've set my target for 10stone and will see how I feel as I approach that. I'd like to loose some more from my tummy area.
Not sure of my meals today yet.

Good day here yesterday, was looking online for holiday clothes and the skinny minnie models have inspired me to keep going!
