Morning fellow losers
How is everyone getting on? I've got a spring in my step today, because i can fit in a pair of work trousers that have been too small since i had S. They fit and they're comfy. I've also been trying on my holiday shorts which were too tight, and they fit too. It's like having a whole new wardrobe. Although, sad news is, my ever faithful black skinny jeans are now huge on me. So i'm going to have to get myself a new pair.
B - 2 weetabix, coffee, 2 malted milk biscuits
L - mugshot, muller light,
D - jacket spud with syn free chilli
S - pinapple, grapes, wotsits
Also doing my 1 hour of zumba tonight, so will hopefully dance a few extra lbs off.

Well done chids! Sounds like your doing amazing.
I'm another 1.5lb lighter so 16.5lb all together. :)
I never thought I would be annoyed that my clothes were too big but I did get a bit annoyed the other day when I went to grab my faithful black jacket and it hung off my shoulders so was no good!
I'm going to wait until I've lost another 9lbs ish and go shopping!

Well done chids, that's brilliant! Always nice when you can fit into smaller clothes.
Dolly - You're doing great, probably only a few weeks until you can go shopping by the sounds of it!
I had another good day yesterday, and also did another level 2 30DS! It really kills your arms that one!!
B - porridge
L - salad, yogurt, crisp things
S - fruit
D - chicken breast with veg.

AFM I didn't get up and exercise this morning, but MrBelle did! I needed those extra 30mins of snoozing. I'm going to do some sit ups tonight so at least I've attempted something.

Belle, i'm not suprised you needed the extra sleep this morning, not sure how you managed it yesterday. Perhaps if you do every other day?
I wish i'd have done my measurements before i started, although i've only lost a stone, i must have lost a bit in inches because otherwise my clothes wouldn't be fitting me like they are. I want to try my wedding dress on, that will give me an idea of how much i've lost inches wise.
Well done MrBelle!! I'm sure you're allowed one day off Belle. I've only got 4 more days until my holiday which makes it easier to stick to it and keep in the zone!

Afternoon. Quick one from me as I'm at work. Well done to everyone who is feeling motivated. Its lovely when clothes start to fit again. But I did feel miffed when some things no longer fitted. On the other hand, nice to go shopping and not look rubbish in everything I try on.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is salad and fruit
Dinner is salmon and salad

quick one from me as i have loads of house work to do! Fantastic break, ate loads back on it! will weigh in on friday to see the damage but am being good today, thurs and friday so hopefully thatll have some impact. but I was on holiday so trying no to freak out about!

Unfortunately I seem to have put on 2lbs
But I'm hoping that it's more to do with gaining muscle with doing the 30 ds. Today is my 10th day so I did my 1st go at level 2 (I'm not entirely sure I got all the exercises correct). I can see that my tummy is getting smaller & I'm feeling trimmer all over, however I'm still waiting for my energy levels to improve as I just feel tired a lot. As for eating I'm not counting calories I'm just trying to be healthy & drink lots. Hope I manage to lose those pesky 2lb that I gained.

Hi everyone quicky from me, really struggling! This new job means I keep picking at crap feeling vvvvv bloated , sts last week but I'm back ON IT!!! Holiday (aka bikini time) in 16 weeks.

Hi all, hope you are all well. Well done to the weight losers! I've been really good and have done the crosstrainer 5 times since last friday. Tomorrow is a day off and weigh in is friday. Hope something has come off. I am so bloated though and feel horrible. Its cd33 after stopping the pill so i am just waiting for af to show up and move on..
