How are you all on this miserable rainy wednesday?
I'm getting back to it, back is in pieces which is hampering exercise somewhat, but i'm trying to do ok food wise.
Today i shall be eating
B - wholemeal toast, boiled egg
L - jacket potato with tuna. In the tuna i've mixed red pepper, red onion and sweetcorn, and a bit of fat free fromage frais to act like mayo
D - Something pasta-y i think.

Today I'm going to do a fast day as I'm having quite a heavy weekend with friends starting tomorrow evening. So will have a shake and fruit for lunch and then soup for dinner. Quite dull but want to be good so i can enjoy the weekend!
Childs - glad to see you are back into it. What day is your weigh in???

How are you getting on chids? Your lunch sounds yummy.
I'm 2lb off of my stone so going to be good this week because I really want it and I've been fannying around the past few weeks.
Breakfast - dry Fried egg on toast
Lunch - last nights left over chicken, veg and tomatoes
Dinner - dont know yet!

Morning ladies, I'm back again
I've started again this week and doing good so far, and the scales are moving in the right direction too! I went for a run last night, have started the couch to 5k so did week 2 day 1 last night.
B - bacon and eggs
L - ham and veg soup
D - Thai salmon with salad
E - shred
Got a crappy day at work ahead so won't get back on, have good days girls! X

Dolly - how do you dry fry an egg?
I've gained 1.8lb so current weight 9st8.8. Need to get back into it but the bottle of Semillon Chardonnay I opened last night clearly won't hlep matters! I've got 17 weeks until my holiday so plenty of time to get toned and to lose 3lbs for target.
B: banana and grapes, tea
L: cold fish and salad
D: chicken wings in mexican spices and salad

PJ - weigh in is thursday night, i've lost 13.5lb in total, so tomorrow i'm going for my 1st (of many hopefully) stone. Although not sure if i might have sabotaged myself at the weekend with my frankie and bennys. When you say you have a shake, do you mean you have a slimfast?
Dolly - i'm doing ok, still enjoying SW, but i think i'm getting a bit lax with it, need to get strict again, i've got 1 month before my holiday i would like another half a stone off. Hope you get your 1st stone too soon
Weekender - good to see you back. Good luck with the couch to 5k.
I need to get a bit fitter too, i'm doing the race for life in June, and so i need to make sure i don't pass out after the 1st Km, i did it about 6 years ago, but i've had two children and put about 3 stone on since i did it last.

Belle, you'll get to your target well before your holiday i'm sure, you've been doing brilliantly. To only put on 1.8lb whilst you've been away is great too.

Well I was going to have a shake but dont have any just realised. Yes, i rarely have them tbh but fancied it today. H has protein shake that I could have instead though but its chocolate and im not that keen on it. Mmm may pop to shops. not sure. Soup twice in one day is quite dull otherwise....

Weekender- run sounds fab! Wish I could enjoy running.

Morning all. Iv got horrible virus! Practically coughing up a lung! Totally blame my new job seeing people with coughs/colds etc! Eugh!
Anyway iv been good on the diet but felt crap yesterday so was on the late at work and me and a colleague thought stuff it and nipped out and got gyros pitta and salad!!! Working in city centre is SO not good for my purse! Got it on pitta to convince myself it was healthy

L - omelette
T fish stew and cous cous

Chids - What's wrong with your back?
PJ - You looked fab in your dress at the weekend. Hope you manage to get to the shops for something for lunch.
Dolly - Fingers crossed you can get 2lbs off to get your stone.
Weekender - Well done for getting out for a run, its easier to keep it up when its the lighter nights and better weather.
Belle - That's not much of a gain for a long weekend away, I wouldn't worry too much.

AFM I'm back on track after a naughty weekend (as usual). I had a good day yesterday and will be extra good for the rest of the week as I really want to lose 1lbs and weigh in at 11.10 this weekend. H is nightshift Friday and Saturday night so that will keep me on track and will weigh in on Sunday.
I've been to the gym this morning, did a 4 mile run, 20 minutes on the stepper, some weights and some ab work.

SW - not sure, but it's really hurting, i'm putting it down to carrying the babies when pregnant, and the spinals that they put in for my c-sections. I never used to suffer as bad as i am just lately, it's in my hips too. I'm not even 30, but my body feels about 90. I'm hoping shifting some weight can help to ease this.

Hi all, sounds like we are all more or less in the zone. I am on my 3rd day back on WW and feeling good. This is my non working day so I just need to avoid snacking in the house and make it to tomorrow. I think if I get a week under my belt with a loss I will be able to lose my target 10 pounds in the next 5 or so weeks.
My good start this week is down in part to the inspiration from PJ!
