does anyone have one of these accounts? we bank with Natwest & hqve done for well over 15yrs. But as i was talking to Santander about renewing mortgage they told me about the 1 2 3 account. you get cashback on household bills and mortgage payments. its not a lot only 1-2% but its more than what we get from Natwest. but then you pay £2pm for the account so does that cqncel it out over the year. hmmmm
does anyone have one? is it worth the hassle of xhanging over?

I have just converted our joint bank account (where all the bills come out from), although we already banked with Santander. It is really good, definitely get far more in cashback than the £2 fee. I had a look on moneysaving expert and they also recommend it. - have a look here www.moneysavingexpert.com/.../compare-best-bank-accounts

Looks like it would be worth it Belle if you change your mortgage with them. Without that you don't make as much money in cash back. Looks good though

Oh that's good to hear Alocin. I'd switch our main bill account to them and it seems the right time to do it with me starting new job.

On the santander website they have a modeller so you can see how much cashback you would make. Even without our mortgage being with them the cashback was easily more that the fee!! Switching bank accounts is supposed to be so much easier these days too.

Ill have a nose on their website later. We are never hundreds in credit at the end of the month but if we get cashback on bills being paid it seems too good to be true.

I just done the calculator and it says we would get back £214 per year! That's pretty good. We will be changing our mortgage with them too because their rates are really low
