Morning losers, I am so happy to say I saw 10.13 on the scales this morning. I haven't seen the 10s for years and years. I've also been to the gym this morning so feeling good. I'm out tonight and booze will be involved. I don't diet on a weekend but I'm going to try and be careful with what I eat this weekend as I'll be gutted if I see 11st on the scales next week.

Well done on getting into the tens SW, stick to good food and enjoy your drinks and I'm sure you will keep it up.
We're having a baking day here today with some WW friendly treats, hoping they turn out well! Being good so far and finding keeping busy helps. Hopefully out for a run tomorrow.

Margot being busy definitely helps me too.
I am also being good! We are going out tonight i think but i will offer to drive so i cant blow the diet on booze! If i can lose 1.5lbs this week i am half way to target!

I've had the sickness bug all week. Had lost quite a few pounds but thought I'd ignore Til today as wasn't a "real" loss. Am down to 11.4 so really pleased as that was my 1st mini target. Next one is 10 .13 as not seen 10 since my teens!! Have a great weekend all

Sounds like everyone is doing well. I ran 5k this week for the first time ever! Really pleased. Need to find a 5k race to do to keep the momentum going. A friend has convinced me to do a half marathon with her in September next year so that's a good long term goal for me.
