We've just been reading about a primary school in Essex where the headteacher has banned fruit juice – and told dinner ladies to confiscate any fruit juice they find in pupils' lunchboxes.
The ban was part of the school's 'health drive' – the government's obesity adviser has recently said people should stop drinking fruit juice because it contains as much sugar as Coke.
But not all parents at the school are happy with the lunchbox-confiscation policy.
So we wondered what you think. If this happened at your child's school, would you go along with it – or even welcome it? Or would you be cross at yet another 'rule' about what you can put in your own child's lunchbox?
