I didn't see it but just saw an interview about it on this morning. So sad. I sat holding L tight crying. My heart goes out to the parents who experience this.

I did watch. My twin was stillborn. I have to say I think that it's disgraceful and I don't understand why they don't just ask us to pay for an extra check?

I thought the too fur mummy. I'd happily pay £15 (which is what they said it cost) to have peace of mind.

I cried watching it today. Unbelievable that we have one of the highest rates of SB in the developed world... shameful.
Makes me realise how incredibly lucky that my girl is ok, given my placenta wasn't working properly due to severe pre-eclampsia - but it was picked up at the right time for us.
I can't imagine it.

I feel really lucky as I had doppler scans every couple of weeks as my hospital provides them for multiple pregnancies. It only takes a minute and uses the same machine as the normal scans. I think they should check everyone at every scan.
