Remember I lost my sapphire from my watch? Well we've sent it to be fixed and serviced. The lady reckons we are looking at £400-£450!! :(

Ooh no, can you get it covered under home insurance?

I can do, but my excess was £350 then I would've lost my no claims in the end it wasn't worth going through them. They also didn't send it back to Cartier to service

Oh no, that's sounds like an awful lot for the repair though. Definitely see if it's covered under home insurance. x

Who have you done that through hon? Next time give me a shout as I know a jeweller who may have been able to help. Made our wedding rings for us at a fraction of the price they are insured for.

No it's not worth losing your no claims for that amount. You still have your watch, that's the main thing x
