I've been rubbish the past few weeks. Thankfully I haven't gained anything, I'm good for a few days then it all goes to pot so I need a bit of motivation.
So I've joined a new gym, H has joined with me and we are both loving it. Its a shame about my old gym closing as I've been going there for 10 years and will miss some of the people. I'm just waiting for H to get ready then we are off to the gym and to have a sauna then I think we might make the most of the sunshine and go for a walk this afternoon.
B - crumpet
L - chicken salad
D - roast pork dinner.
My new goal is to get to 10.7 for around May time, I've got a wedding to go to and hopefully it will be the start of summer. So I've got about 6-7 pounds to lose then will re-assess. I go on holiday at the end of July, we are going with friends and she is a skinny minnie.

Hiya! I'm getting back in the zone after a couple of weeks off!! I have a spa day at the end of March and really want to lose 5lb by then. Glad you like your new gym. I've got Zumba tonight and now the nights are nicer I might get back into power walking.

Frankie Oh Spa day... am very jealous! Not done one in years! Have fun at zumba tonight.
I've been doing ok with the weight loss/exercising. Am down to 11.5 so only a 1 pound to go til I see the magic "10" on the scales. Tried on my bridesmaid dress last week and it needs to be taken in so was very pleased.
I've been managing some more runs since the evenings have got lighter.I entered to do the London Parks half marathon but didn't get a space in the ballot...so decided to go for it anyway and have signed up to run for Marie Curie as they helped my mum when my dad passed away. It was his anniversary on Saturday so think it was playing on my mind!! - Anyway, I've done it now so much more running (and hopefully weight loss) in the pipeline for me.

Hallo, its been a bit up and down for me the last couple of weeks or so. I think I'm not quite in the zone. However, still trying. I am back under 12stone again, just. So want to focus on getting down to 11 and a half in the next month or so.
Went for a run yesterday for the first time in months which was a nice change. I'm still doing Ripped in 30 although I had to stop for a week or so because I hurt my hip. Also swimming when I can fit it in. I plan to run a bit more often, now the weather has got lighter in the mornings.

I'm still around but can't decide whether to take a break or not. I was 11st 3lb last week, so not at goal but I am back in my size 12s which was part of the goal, and I'm feeling a bit fed up with dieting now, so I might take a week or so break then reassess. Still exercising lots though, at least an hour's walk a day, running at least twice a week plus a long walk most weekends (5/6 miles minimum) so keeping at it.
