I've had a real short fuse the past week and I don't know why. I'm being snappy at H, K & L and hate it but can't help myself. You know when you just go off on a stress tangent then feel awful after 5 minutes of calming down? That's me. I've broken out in spots like a teenager as well which is really depressing me. I'm not due on for another 2 weeks so can't blame hormones.
What's wrong with me?

I wonder if it's the come down after a stressful couple of weeks with multiple interviews, handling in your notice at work etc?

Me too....I'm ratty as hell at the moment. H keeps blaming it on the pregnancy hormones but I think I'm just being foul. Every thing is pee'ing me off royally and I don't feel guilty at all at the moment for being such a diva.
I agree, it could be the back end of a stressful and tiring few weeks for you hun, it's gotta take its toll some how hasn't it?

not a chance of being preganant!? I did this day after conception this time, my H came home from a course and I hadn't seen him a whole week, and I just advised him to steer well clear as everything was making me angry, my kids at school also were on recieving end of my mood for about a week! been fine since!
Failing that, it might just be like carole said busy time- can you find anytime to yourself, i sometimes find this helps, like take an afternoon off and just veg on the sofa whilst kids are in school/nursery?

Does sound like it might be a slight bit of stress from all the job changes etc. I was going to say PMT until you said you're not due on for 2 weeks, although I do sometimes get some of the same symptoms at ovulation. x

I think sometimes its just our perogative, I realise every now and then that I'm acting this way and have to pull myself together. I think once I get myself I to a grump it kinda spirals until I can sort myself out. I deffinatly find that there may be an underlying stress or issue and you have certainly had a lot going on recently and also it could be a bit if a side effect of the diet too and your body detoxing?

I have recently become more moody around OVing rather than AF.
Also, loosing weight can make you feel a bit low and stressy, maybe increase the carbs intake or whatever you may be lacking?
