I ordered a sofa on boxing day from Harvey's. They said delivery would be within 12 weeks, it's now coming up to 18 weeks and still no sofa! I had a phone call saying the sofa should be at my local warehouse on Monday and they would call midweek to arrange delivery.
What would you do? Would you expect some sort of money off?

I'd want some discount i think. If you were late paying you'd probably get a charge, surely if they're late delivering the same should apply. Are there any t&cs on their website?

Just had a look -
7.1 All delivery times quoted at the time of order are estimated and so cannot be guaranteed. Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the estimated delivery time, occasionally deliveries may be affected by factors beyond our control. We will deliver to the delivery address stated in the Order and confirmed by us in the Order Confirmation. Should you wish to change the delivery address from the address given in the Order and confirmed by us in the Order Confirmation then you must have notified us and have obtained our agreement in writing to any change in delivery address prior to any delivery taking place.
Looks like a no! Will see what they say.

You're right, it does look like a no, but i suppose it's worth a try. I'm crap at haggling, so not the best person to ask.
