Is anyone still shredding? Not really sure where to post, I feel lost!

I'm here, reporting for duty!
Can't really remember what day I'm on now, think it might be 16, but will shred this afternoon. I did Level 3 again yesterday and found it easier to follow than the first attempt. I really went for it and was sweating buckets and can feel my muscles aching now, but when I think back to my first day on Level 1 can see how far I have come. I almost died that first day and couldn't believe how unfit I was.
Really didn't expect to make it to day 3, let alone day 16 and be considering continuing till Xmas and beyond, but seeing the benefits now. I pulled out a jumper I love this morning, which I almost threw away last winter as it was far too tight, and it fitted perfectly over a long sleeved top, that's my motivation to keep going!

Just added my days up and I'm actually on day 20, not 16, so that makes me feel a bit better. Got through Level 3 again today, it goes quite quickly but I do need Jillian shouting 'stay with me' as I feel like collapsing doing those walking plank things! Almost there though...

Those walking planks are a killer aren't they? I started doing 30 Day Shred a couple of months back and before that I was doing Ripped in 30. I'd never be able to manage to do either of them every day so well done to those that are. But I've done it this morning (actually Ripped in 30 Level 4, same shouting, same moves just a different order!). Will be continuing up to Christmas as it has definitely made a difference to my arms, legs and tum. I want more definition on the tum though.

Yay! I'm not alone then. Well done MC and Cedar, you're both doing really well. It was day 24 for me today on level 3 and I am still feeling the pain in my thighs! I can deal with walking planks but it's the jumping squats that get to me, they look so simple but just burn my muscles in my thighs do badly.
Cedar - what's ripped in 30, better or similar?

Its similar. Better in that there are 3 strength exercises in each set of strength exercises so none of them last very long overall. Quite a few are the same, just in a different order /intensity. She's a bit more shouty in Ripped in 30 too but I think there's a more realistic difference between the advanced and the 'easy' versions of the exercises. In 30 Day Shred sometimes the easy ones aren't adapted very much but they are in Ripped in 30.
I'm so impressed that people manage to do it 30 days to be honest. But them I'm old and my knees play up so I have to take my time!

Day 19 I think for me! Still doing level 3 but lost a day due to my wee girl having had chicken pox this week and not sleeping well. Anyway on target to have done 24 shreds in the 30 days (I started late so 4th dec will be my 30 days) which is ok I suppose but as I am going for the 50 day shred I am not going to do my measurements again just yet. Well done ladies!
