Anyone still going? Life got in the way a bit for me and I have lost count. Must be in the early 20s now though.
Anyway still doing level 3 and intend doing it every week day from now until Christmas. I think the fitter I am getting the more obvious my wee paunch of fat tummy is getting but salad week just didn't get off the ground last week after my daughter came down with chicken pox and my sleep went to pot. Will hopefully do better this week.

Me!! No idea what day I'm on though as had a bad back/knee for past few days. Felt ok to do it earlier though but decided to do level 1 (had done level 3 last week which was fine but thought I should take it easy on my knee!). Felt fine after and K was still asleep (very surprising!!) so then did 20 mins of Zumba too.
Think I felt more keen today as even though my tummy is better, I tried on my work trousers yesterday and they were tight!!! Going back in January and they NEED to fit as have no money for more!
Well done for keeping with it! Is so hard when the kids are ill etc. hope your daughter not too poorly from the pox and you get some more sleep this week!

Aw thanks, she seems to be on the mend after coming down with something else at the weekend.
Taking it easy is definitely the best way to go when you have a twinge in the knee or elsewhere, I have done that too a couple of times and it helps to ease off. 20 minutes of zumba on top is fantastic - well done!

Hi ladies. I feel a bit lost on here, not used to this site, need to make some time to have a proper look.
I'm still shredding (missed Sat and Sun) so think I'm on day 27 but not totally sure. I'm going to keep up with doing level 3 until Xmas though and have Sundays off.
How is everyone feeling? I feel good but must admit I nearly didn't do it yesterday as felt so tired, glad I did though as felt better afterwards. I think I might weigh and measure myself on Friday (before I eat treats and takeaways at the weekend!)

I'm still going, had a break from it at the weekend, but did day 23 today. I found level 3 was getting easier last week, but I've really felt it after two days this week. Might alternate between Level 2 and 3 till xmas. Will try and do every weekday, but not getting too stressed if I don't, I'm in it for the long run! I haven't watched what I eat though, if anything I think it's made me more hungry and I've headed for the biscuits more than I should. I did buy a new pair of skinny jeans yesterday and they look good, would have stayed away from them before I started shredding, so something is working! Will try and concentrate more on healthy eating after Xmas.
