Hi Jessica I am not pregnant but ttc my 3rd baby I have a dd 9 years old and ds 3 years old with my dd I had terrible sickness until about 25 weeks then after that I would just randomly get sick for no reason and even though I was eating tiny child size portions I had to sit still for 30 mins or so otherwise I felt like I had over eaten and would be sick, you have probably tried all these but here is what helped me, extra strong mints sucking them on car journeys made it possible to travel, flat lemonade or smelling lemons, crackers with nothing on, no bread or anything that is fried junk or processed hope this helps I know it's so miserable but be strong it will get better, i keep thinking I can't wait to conceive a nd have morning sickness just so I know I'm pregnant wonder how long that will last lol

Hi Jessica, sorry to hear your suffering.  Every pregnancy is different & every 'sickness' is felt for different timeframes.

You could try the travel bands designed to help motion sickness.  Ice is also good for sucking on as it will ease hunger pains whilst keeping your hydration topped up.

    Best wishes.
