What would you say your "Signature Dish" is?
I would say mine is probably a roast dinner.....my lot would eat it every day of the week although personally I am not so keen.
My strange dish is Baked Bean Surprise - fried some onion and bacon (chopped) in a pan, add some beans and cheese until cheese is melted yum yum yum

Well as you know H only lets me cook 3 things; oven baked salmon with sweet chilli sauce (thanks Rob!), steak, dauhpinoise potatoes.

I love dauhpinoise - you need to cook them for me.....with steak please......and mojitos....

Honey and Mustard chicken, with rice.
I don't cook though. H is the chef in our house. Beer can chicken is his speciality, it's amazing.

Lasagne probably. Or lamb Kleftico. I'm another baker of dauphinois potatoes, hubs rates any he has against mine and has yet to find any that beat mine [insert smug icon].

Id say mine was a roast. H says anything I cook is the best he's ever had! Ha ha but he did eat raw chicken, and like it so we can't base it on his opinions!

H likes my lasagne, but my roast chicken is ok too.

Hmmm I'm not sure as I go through phases of cooking certain things then not cooking them for a while.
Favourites here are stovies, lasagne, South Indian fish curry with tomato and coconut chutney (this is my most recent thing lol)
H cooks roasts fantastically! They are anazing

Cakes for me or anything else that is sweet. H is the king of roasts and fry ups.
