Just wondered what the differences are now as I know both plans have changed since a few years back. SW has the extra easy combining red & green days and then you have syns on top. WW has pro points and also now has the Filling & Healthy days where you don't need to count points. So are both plans very similar now Or am I missing something?
those that follow any if these what made you go with the one you went with?

I started with WW then after months just followed their principle. I was never one for using all points tho as in just because I had say 10pp left I wouldn't then scoff a chic bar. It's all about not needing those naughty foods

I did SW for a bit and really liked the extra easy (although found it extremely confusing at first) because it stressed that you had to get your essential vitamin and minerals every day because there were things that you had to eat every day. What Belle said about the points annoyed me a bit because so many people seemed to save up their points and then go on the piss wiht them or soemthing and it jsut seemed daft.

I've only ever followed WW and it seems to work for me - I lost just nearly 3 stone on it after having F last year. I suppose I like the option to count points as then I feel like I know where I am, IYKWIM, and have a bit more control.
