I don't know if it's because it's cold, but i'm so hungry all the time at the moment, I want to eat and eat, and not healthy stuff either. For my lunch I've got a mugshot, muller light, and Satsuma.
I've also already had 2 rounds of wholemeal toast with tinned toms and bacon, and a Satsuma.
I'm trying to be good, but my belly is telling me otherwise.

just keep eating. You are doing SW right? Fill up on free foods.
make some (free) rice pudding and have some fruit.

I'm kind of doing SW. I might look at the free rice pudding, at the moment the thought of fruit just doesn't appeal. I want warm comfort food.

Can you make up your own soup with a load of veg and some stock cubes? Unfortunately I've gone off soup completely at the moment, but was making a batch to last 2-3 days, add in some pasta, barley, potatoes etc to bulk it out a bit - all free on SW
Chocolate cake in a mug? Haven't tried it myself but can get you the recipe off the SW website if you fancy it - only a few syns for the chocolate drink sachet thing.
That lunch wouldn't fill me up even before I was pg, I'd probably have had some veg as well - in fact today I'm having a mugshot, and have a little box with some carrot battons and tomatoes in as well as yogurt and fruit (my SW consultant keeps going on about having 1/3 of superfree veg or fruit with every meal)

Funny you should say that Deedee, I was making soup last night, I've got enough chicken and veg soup to keep me going for 3 meals, and then mum made a cottage pie so I've got some of that for lunch today.
I've not been to group since before my granddad died, I was hoping to be able to do it myself, but it's not working. I've not put too much back on, but I can tell In my clothes I've put a bit back, but it has been Christmas and we've had stuff in the house that isn't good.
I've got to lose it again before June because we go away, and the summer dresses I bought last year when I lost some weight will probably be a bit tight otherwise.

i had this last week. i think it was my body reacting to me cutting down in food. its used to it this week and is managing with less food without getting hungry

It could be that too twink, I've pretty much eaten what I've wanted since October, although meals have mostly been SW friendly, snacks have creeped in. I guess it's shocking my system back into thinking that food is being cut down a bit.

the rice pudding is made with sugar free cream soda, you can also stir your favourite muller through. it's very sweet and filling.
baked bean and jacket potato is nice and warm and filling. tinned spaghetti hoops are free too.

I know Carole, but I was stuck at work, so jacket potato and beans wasn't available, just my boring mugshot and muller light lol. That's why I've come more prepared today with my cottage pie.

Chids I put on weight between last autumn and the New Year too. And when I stopped eating all the extra snacks and goodies at Christmas I was very hungry for a day or too. But its calmed down a bit now.
If you're looking for warming things try steaming some fruit. You can do this by putting a bit of water in a pan, adding spices/flavours like cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla then when water comes to the boil turn down to a simmer and add the fruit. Cooking apples take about 6 minutes softer fruit take less time. Many recipes add sugar but you can do it without and just have the spices plus the natural sugar in the fruit.

I'm good at dishing out the advice but I am rubbish at following it. My hearts not in it since summer.

Cedar - thanks for the tips, but I can't eat warm fruit, makes me feel
TBH, i'd rather have a bowl of veg than fruit. I think I need to perhaps do some carrot sticks too so I can have a munch on them
