Exactly as the title says!
I'm determined to get myself toned & loose some weight in the process but whilst downloading the 30 day shred level's 2 & 3 from youtube (I know, I'm a cheapskate!) but I kept seeing video blogs for this 30 day squat challenge.
Can anyone enlighten me as to what it does to your body & if it's worth doing?

All I know is from what my girls have told me and they've seen it via Instagram. It's something like you start with 50 squats a day and build up to 250 squats a day over the 30day period.
