How did you get on over the weekend? I've had a pretty terrible one. I've had cake, curry, chips and copious amounts of alcohol.
Back on track today, I've started the exercise challenge and have been to the gym this morning.

I have had a weekend (and week before) of not trying. I decided to really push the exercise last week to get used to it but not dieting at the same time so I had the energy! Now that I have got some muscles back I am also going to diet this week as the 4 week countdown to holiday begins.

I've not been too bad food wise, had a shandy yesterday when we had lunch out and probably ate more than I should have but I only had a salad for dinner (on a Saturday night!). I've been good today too. I find now when I do eat something unhealthy I feel really bad for it and wish I hadn't bothered which is very bizarre for me haha. Not saying I'm perfect as I have a sweet tooth but I've definitely cut back on the sugary things.
