After 2 weeks of not being on my diet, I'm back in the zone. I've had lots of naughty food and lots of alcohol, I've enjoyed it but starting to feel a bit rubbish now. I haven't been on the scales to see the damage but will weigh in on Friday - its all about undoing some of the damage done in the last two weeks.
Me and H have both agreed to cut down on the amount of booze we consume which always makes a difference to my weight loss. I've got 3.5 months to my holiday - I will not feel like a beached whale when I go.
I went to body pump at the gym yesterday and god I'm aching today. I'm going to the gym again this morning but it will just be cardio today. I'm also going to start logging my calories with MFP again.

Good luck SW, 3.5 months is plenty of time to make a huge difference!
I've managed a couple of pounds this week, so now achieved a grand total 1 stone, 1.4lbs, since mid-Feb, and I'm very very pleased with that. I'm aiming to get the next 5 and half pounds off by the end of June.
This weekend I'm off the rails though, as off to a Christening party today, and had Chinese and champagne on Friday night, and cupcakes galore yesterday!

Well done Catarina, that's a great loss. SW it's awful when you're just not feeling it isn't it, at least you're back in the zone though.
I've not had a great weekend diet wise as drank loads last night and I NEED a roast later so hopefully I can resist too many potatoes!
