Morning belle. I really struggled last night. Really fancied a glass of wine but decided to have a coffee instead and then really wanted a fudge with it! I ended up not having one but kept just thinking 'its only one' in the end I opened it and ended up giving it to h, he then ate another 3!!! . I'm on nights all next week so I think I'm going to make soup too. I can eat veg again from Tuesday too which is good. Its been hard on the attack this time as before both h and I did it but this time its only me (my h runs 5/6 nights a week). So iv been attempting cheap dukan friendly meals but that everyone else can eat too.
My h is working today so I'm going to do some tidying and then take the boys out on their bikes so Itl be an hours walk for me.
B- yoghurt and oatbran
L- boiled egg
T- steak with peppercorn sauce

Re stock, veg stock I just put in 2 onion (peeled but only cut in half), carrots (unpeeled), parsley, 2 celery, about 1 litre of water, salt and pepper,
I add chicken carcas if its chicken stock x

O I'd have caved for a mixed kebab!! They are soooo nice, I actually think I'm going to need to get the remainder if the crap out if the house so I don't eat anything. We are really saving too so I'm hoping that if I meal plan then I won't be tempted to say 'ah f**k it lets get a Chinese' as I try to convince myself that salt and pepper chicken wings are dukan friendly

Im currently cooking a load of chicken wings and thighs to strip of meat then add the bones to stock later. Im craving ramen like it a drug!

How do u make ramen? I wonder if I could have it? Is that what u are going to take to work? I bet that would fill me up on my nights

Btw I mean without the noodles obviously unless I got hold of those shirataki noodles but I'm waiting on dd tasting them to see if they are worth buying

OO just read on dukan site I can have adapted ramen so chicken/salmon/beef with a miso paste broth bean sprouts and carrots. What spices do u put in belle?

Belle at least the kebab was shared and the wine wasn't a whole bottle. I think that's ccptable at the weekend.
Cp you did well to. It's awful when you get a food in your head nd can't get it out.
Me ,no running today, I try and do mon,we'd,fri. No breakfast yet may have a banana and crumpet . Lunch will be homemade veg soup. And tea is chicken breast in gravy and stuffing. Roasties for everyone else but boiled pots for me and carrot and swede mash.
Any snacks for me is either fruit or fat free soup.
For stock I just open a cube

CP this is my first attempt at making. £6 a pop soon adds up. I won't be taking for lunch as the noodles would be sticky i think it wouldn't work as you add them last to cook in mins. We will have it for dinner a couple nights this week if today goes to plan. Once the stock is made it should be a case of adding mushrooms pak choi beansprouts chillies noodles and chicken. I've got wasabi paste and dried chilli to add for that extra kick.

I'm going to give it a go on Tuesday then but not have noodles. I've got wasabi paste so will use that and chilli for a kick. Thanks x

Mrs c- I use stock cubes too but if I've got veg left over or a chicken carcass il use it as stock, but yes cubes here too ooo roast sounds lovely

Quick one from me, we're about to go food shopping!
I had a fairly good day yesterday, we ended up inviting my brother and his gf for an takeaway indian last night and although I stuck to something without a sauce (although there was a bit of lamb in it which I shouldn't have), I did have a little bit of a popadom, and a small glass of red wine.
Not sure what I'll be eating today, trying to decide whether to do another day or 2 of attack or go onto cruise phase where I can also eat veg!

Hi ladies can I join in?feeling so disgusting with myself, had wanted to lose weight before Xmas and failed, now have totally over indulged on food and (waaay too much) wine-back to work and routine tomorrow so determined to make a huge effort from then...going to try and follow dukan and need to curb my alcohol intake esp on week days plus my h is going back to the gym/running so I can dig out my shredding dvd while he is there in the evenings.

Well after weighing myself yesterday, I was disgusted with myself but weighed in this morning and was a pound lighter so starting from today's weight which is still disgusting. Anyway went for my first run in 3weeks and did 3 miles in a reasonably good time considering I'm loaded with cold as well. Been to asda this morning and have got loads of healthy things in. Going out for a carvery lunch today for my nieces birthday but will choose wisely and have something really light for tea.

Has anyone used the my fitness pal app??you can track exercise and calories etc on there and invite friends to share-thought it may shame me into doing something each day!
Just wondered if its worth it and if anyone fancies making a 'group'?x
