What new stuff you been buying your boys? Lou is going through a bit of a character phase and has asked for Animal (Sesame Street) tee he's seen in Next - it's pretty funky actually so I don't mind.
Fi I've still not decided on the Creative Recreations, the girls are say buy buy buy they are totally the shoe of 2014 but they are damn expensive for what they are.
I've had to buy him another load of jeans as he's shooting up so fast, he's practically up to my bra strap now - he's FOUR

In the last week I have bought him
I have a Next voucher sitting there to spend for him
I really need to clear his wardrobe and drawers out actually

I usually hate character clothes but the stuff from Next is pretty cool, J has got a few of the t-shirts. He's got a Gremlin one, a couple of Angry Birds ones and a Batman one. He likes skull t-shirts so he's got a couple of them, one with a skull printed on and another with a skull made out of studs. Also a few different coloured polo shirts in burgandy, navy and black, all from Next.
I like those trainers but they are expensive. J hasn't had a growth spurt for a while, he's quite diddy and in 3yrs or 4yrs clothes. My mam bought him a polo age 5yrs and it swamped him, had to go back for a smaller size.
£50 is a lot of money for trainers for a 4 year old as well Belle

Yeah that's why I'm umming and ahhing over them - plus he will outgrow them in like a month knowing him! He's got baby blue converse high tops for spring, can't wait to get them out the box but he needs new trainers now. He measured 11.5 in Clarks the other week.
SW, L has a couple of Angry bird Sweatshirts from Next.

Nikes come up big as his current trainers fit him ok but I'm aware he should be in the next size Will probably hit JD tomorrow actually. I was looking at some old pictures and think he looks toe cute in his rifts so getting them for summer again.

Me neither Nina, but I do have to mention that T-shirt has a pic of Elmo on it, and not Animal
17/01/2014 at 11:19
so it does DD your right!
17/01/2014 at 11:21
DeeDee, maybe it's cause we dress our sons in shite clothes??? Haha
17/01/2014 at 11:26
Nina, you have a girl
17/01/2014 at 11:27
I have damn good taste though
17/01/2014 at 11:29
Haha! It's just I talk to these girls about clothes all the time tis all. And I clearly have no idea who anyone is on sesame street, I thought cos it said Animal that was his name
17/01/2014 at 11:35
Animal is pink and hairy, Elmo is cute and red
PS I don't like those trainers as much as Converse, Lou suits converse, he looks a dude
17/01/2014 at 11:37
More Converse it is then. Red this time, Blue for Spring plus his white ones (what size is Molly as they will be heading her way soon)
17/01/2014 at 11:38
they are confusing, but Animal is a lot more messy (I used to watch muppet show a lot when I was younger, Animal was my brother's favourite because he played the drums) - still a fab top whichever.
AK - you're probably right! Plus I haven't bought much recently now he's at school as he doesn't tend to need so many non-school clothes.
17/01/2014 at 11:44
Deedee - Rob reminded me this when it was Next sale time, wont be needing so much once Molly is at school as it will be uniform every day
Belle - Molly has only just outgrown the boots you gave her!! need to get her measured but I would say a 10

actually we are popping to lackey tonight to see if there is anything for the boys . They are both desperate for trainers but we'll see how the funding goes..
clothes wise, I haven't even looked for them yet as we've not had any spare money since crimbo! I want to get them some long sleeve polo tops from Zara, so cheap and smart too.
