Morning everyone. I am feeling really positive today as I have just weighed myself and have lost 2lbs since Monday so am hoping if I stick with it I will be back to the weight I am on SW's chart by Monday!
Breakfast - Banana
Lunch - Salad
Tea - not sure yet but low points so I can have a wee swally!

I had another good day yesterday so feeling positive. H is nightshift tonight and tomorrow night so I will be staying away from the booze over the weekend (well until Sunday) and it will keep me on track with good food. I'm going to weigh in on Sunday.
Today I'm at work, then going straight to the gym for a good work out before H goes to work.

SW - hope you stay on track over the weekend, and aim for a loss on sunday.
Well i lost 2lb last night, i was so happy, 15.5lb off in total and i got my 1st stone award. I've got 3 weeks until i go away and so i'm aiming for 1.5 stone off.
Going to try and have a really good week
B - 2 wholemeal toast & low fat cheese
L - jacket spud with tuna salad
D - Low fat sausage, SW chip & beans
No snacks today i don't think, going to keep up with drinking the water too

Well done on the losses ladies, the pounds are coming off for summer!
I weigh in tomorrow but hoping for a good week, have managed to walk 15km this week which is a good start and I feel like it's working so fingers crossed. Weekends are hard but I have plans so hopefully I won't boredom eat

Well done on the losses everyone! Chids well done on getting your 1 stone off award. That's a fantastic start.
I've been very mixed this week diet-wise. Way too many snacks. And I completely forgot to weigh in this morning too. But am getting back into the swing of exercising again. So will be keeping that up. This week the lift wasn't working at work - we're on the 6th floor of the building. I normally use the stairs anyway and felt very smug looking at how much more out of breath some of my younger colleagues were compared to me. So it is paying off even if it doesn't always feel like it is.
Had a very nice salad last night which was couscous, cherry tomatoes, capers, spring onions, basil and a bit of olive oil. Just chop up the veg, cook the couscous, rinse off the capers and mix together. Really easy to make up, and really tasty. We had it with salmon fillets.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is a sandwich
Dinner is sausages, pots and veggies.

Sounds like everyone is doing well. Haha SW you know me it can only mean one thing on a Friday night!
It will be a spirit though in keeping with the weight loss theme.
Cedar that couscous sounds great, will need to try it.
