That sounds daft doesn't it, but does anyone who's lost weight really worry about putting it on again?  I want to relax and enjoy indulging over christmas but I just keep worrying. (and feeling guilty!)  I know I can lose what I put on so why am I being stoopid?!

I hear ya! You did amazingly well in a short period of time too, perhaps that is why you are worrying so much. TBH now my eating habits have changed but I so know I will be over 10 stone by January! x

Because you have done so well losing it.  I wish I had actually lost weight to worry about putting it back on.  My worry is I'll be half a stone heavier than I was last week by the time its all over.

!st Baby, do you creep back to old habits though?  When I am being 'good' I eat so healthily and well, but if I am relaxing the diet I am really bad.  There's no middle ground for me and I wish there was!

I dread this as well. I am taking tablets at the moment which have made me ravenous. I know I have gained weight but don't want to find out how much... but I think I lost it once I'll lose it again.

My habits have changed but I am one extreme or the other. I;ve been so bad this past week and I can really feel it in my tummy. I am desperate to go to the gym to counteract some of the badness. I would love to be at goal for my birthday in early feb! x

I am only 3 pounds off my goal weight, I am good at gaining weight and good at losing weight but struggle so much with maintaining it! Soooo hard! I am either really stricly dieting or completely stuffing my face!

I am a size 10 but I still weigh more than I would like to. I am 9.10 ish but at only 5.3 any weight shows on me really easily. My ideal weight is around 9.3.

I am same as you 1st baby, I weigh 9 stone 10 at the mo but my goal weight was 9st 7lb although when I was that a few weeks ago I still wasn't happy with my tummy (post 3 children!!) I used to be 9.3ish which I loved the way I looked but I have to admit I was only eating one meal a day to achieve this!! Not really sustainable for me.

Oh god, it's all I'm thinking about! I've been a bit more relaxed recently as it was starting to stress me out but now I'm stressing over putting it on. Can't win really lol.

I stopped drinking full fat coke. I went to SW as well to get weighed but found it wasn't overly helpful as they recommended this ready meal for x syns and this ready meal for z syns but they all seemed to contain toamtoes or dairy products which meant we couldn't have them so just did my own thing but went along to get weighed. But I used to drink cherry coke and swapped it for pepsi max.

I'm trying to be careful but not worry too much about it. I've definitely eaten less so far than I had by this stage last year. I'm trying to just slow down so instead of eating half a packet of Pringles in one go I just have a few. I'm fairly confident I can't put on the entire 3 stone I've lost over Christmas! Also planning on doing 30 Day Shred lots to counteract the rubbish.

I always put the weight back on. I'm a serial ww'er. Ok so I've never put the full mount back on but for me maintaining weight is far harder than losing weight. I have reached goal at least 10 times. I then creep up around 7lbs and then start again. 10 stone is the cut off for me if i reach it i start dieting again. I lost all my baby weight after number 2 but its taken me over a year to try to get the 7lbs I've put on off again. I suppose ww isn't really a diet it's just healthy food. My downfall is snacks like chocolate and biscuits. I can't just eat 1. I'm not depriving myself over Christmas but I don't intend to pig out. I've not bought loads of chocolate or biscuits, but I will try to fill up on veg. Putting on a little is inevitable but try to have it at the back of your mind that you are still on your healthy diet and will get back on it

I lost roughly a stone for getting married in Aug and was feeling energised, and in the healthy range of BMI. Then I stopped exercise but weighed myself religiously each week. I put on about 2lbs through Sep/Oct but carried on not exercising and ate crap constantly. I was definitely in denial. This month that reached nearly 6lbs put back on, so I am worried. Friends swear you can't tell but I can feel it and I know I am on the slippery slope back to being overweight and over my healthy BMI. I have promised myself in the new year I will get back on track with my fitness pal and get back to jogging and shredding. I find being motivated to exercise is much harder with no real goal and in winter when it is so dark and there's lots of stodgy foods about!
