Where are we all?
I'm here. Got AF here which is really painful and tmi I am clotting really heavily so feeling drained.
L: Chicken salad
D: Chicken salad as got loads left over!
E: None! Not feeling up to it.

Oh yes, just realised there's no thread.
1st baby, hope AF buggers off soon and you start to feel a bit better
Me - Weigh in tonight and i'm not hopeful.
Food today has been
B - 2 toast with mushrooms & tinned tomatos
L - banana, cherries, strawberries, grapes, muller light
D - Veggie lasagne, salad & garlic bread
I have also had a piece of fruit tart thing which I bought into work for everyone to have as my birthday cake. Most of my colleagues are finishing now for the summer so won't be around for my actual birthday. I did only have a very small piece though

Good luck for your weigh in Chids. That fruit tart sounds nice.
I did Ripped in 30 Week 4 again this morning then day 6 of the abs challenge - although I couldn't quite manage the right number of leg raises as Ripped in 30 also focusses on the abs so I was a bit tired. I did a longer plank to make up for it though.
Breakfast was fruit and yoghurt
Lunch was toast and snack a jacks
Dinner is sausages and salad
Enjoy the rest of the day.

Cedar, it was very nice. Just having a small bit was enough, I don't feel as though I've missed out.

No exercise in days for me, not had time but hope to shred tonight.

Poor you 1st Baby I get AF like that its hard work.
chids well done on just having a small bit and not saying "sod it" and having a massive bit instead! (which I would probably do!)
Cedar not heard of Ripped in 30 what is it?
I keep forgetting to come onto this thread! Have had a good week, went to WW today my weight is what it was before my hol which is good was thinking I'd put on , so I'm pleased!

ML - Ripped in 30 is exercise DVD by Jillian Michaels, its like the 30 Day Shred if you've done that. But I prefer Ripped in 30. (Or in my case, Slightly less fat in 90 as there's no way I can do it every day for 30 days). Well done on keeping your weight steady through your hols.
