I can't find another one!
How we all getting on?
I had another good day yesterday and am enjoying making some different dinners.
B: Cuppa and a biscuit 3pp
L: Tuna and salad cream salad 6pp
D: Sweet and sour prawn stir fry
S: Tea and water and fruit

I did ok yesterday, it weigh in for me tonight, so fingers crossed. I feel better in my clothes, i just hope it shows on the scales later.
B - 2 toast, 1 boiled egg, coffee
L - Mugshot & pinapple
D - Syn free chicken fried rice and syn free curry sauce
S - 2 finger kitkat

Good luck for your weigh in Chids.
I got up and did 6 week 6 pack this morning. Level 2. Felt good to be doing it. (Well it did afterwards, at any rate!).
Have planned meals for the next week. Been to the supermarket and ignored all the goodies.
Its not been a good week overall though. Too many snacks are creeping in, one way or another. Yesterday went to a meeting at work where there was sausage and bacon butties. So obviously had to have one Will be trying harder from now on.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch was toast
Dinner is probably pasta.

I've lost another 1lb this week so that's 10.5lb off so far :) I'm noticing it in my jeans and I am feeling good.
Going to my friends for a girly evening tonight. I think I'm going to take my own dinner because I'm out for a curry on Sunday and they are major syns!!
Hoping to get my stone certificate by the end of march!
Chids - try mash potato pizza! It's yummy!
Use instant mash potato and spread a thin base on a fry lighted tray, add a sprinkle of basil
And mixed herbs etc, spread over passata for sauce base -
Part fry off any veg you want I.e onions, peppers, sweet corn, mushrooms etc sprinkle over potato base and add cheese (can either syn the cheese or use it as healthy extra)
Then put in hot oven for 15-20 minutes
YUMMY! It's free if you use cheese as healthy extra.

I am feeling so unmotivated, after dropping H off at the hospital yesterday I was so low I ate a Wispa Duo with a big mug of hot chocolate ., It was lovely but I felt guilty! Last night my mum and dad came round to keep me company and got us an indian takeaway and me and my mum shared a bottle of wine.
I really want to lose more weight but keep putting it off. Arrggh!

OMG Deedee, that sounds lovely. Thanks for that tip, i'll give it a go.
Last week the SW leader was telling us about some cheese scones she'd made with Smash. I never buy the stuff, but might have to start so i can try some of these.
