I've been AWOL as I haven't been at work and I haven't been particularly good since last week. I've been picking at Easter Eggs and I had a Creme Egg the other day as well. Its hard when the kids are off and we have no routine. I've still been going to the gym so hopefully that should combat some of the naughtiness. I will definately try and be better next week.
I'm at work today so should be a good day.

Hiya, nice to see you back. Well I've been awful over the last few weeks and put on a couple of pounds but I've been good for the last 2 days and am now back to 9 stone 11. I've got good motivation now which is what I need, a girls night out next weekend so hope to lose at least another 2 lbs by then. Did the 30DS yesterday for the 1st time in about 4 months and it killed me but glad I did it! Now the nights are getting lighter I plan to do some power walking some evenings too. I know what you mean about the kids easter eggs!!

I'm glad the thread is back, i does seem to help to keep me motivated. I put on last week, but it's pointless updating the chart SW because i'm hoping i will have lost it again tonight at weigh in.
I'm doing ok, mum commented today that she could tell i was losing weight now, and that my clothes looked better. I did zumba last night, so i'm achy today, it was a hard one.

D - Should be chilli again, but i'll see how i go on at weigh in, if i've done ok, then i could have a little treat.
No snacks today, but i'm trying to increase the amount of water i drink, i'm drinking too much coffee at the moment as i'm cold all the time.
Morning. Iv also been terrible over the past couple of weeks, far too much wine, lots of bread! I had a chip butty the other day (how greedy!) so I'm back on it!!!
Set my sites at being at goal by 18 may eek! I have one night out in 3 weeks for a meal out with the kids and fil and sil and bil so aiming to have no crap or alcohol till 18 may.
Today - b oat bran and yoghurt
Lunch - tuna, crab sticks, capers
Tea- beef and redwine stew

I'm still struggling but fully admit it will be like this until my sister has found a place and moves out. We don't have any space and my time is so limited I can't exercise. I'm trying to be good with foods, everything that the cook makes at work is healthy but I now end up having 2 hot meals a day which can't be good.
We get 50% off Virgin Gym at work so I'm going to go along in my lunch today to have a look around and find out about classes. That could be my solution.

Morning. I've been absolutely rubbish. Our house is awash with cake and chocolate. Haven't exercised either. Will have to weigh myself but think I've gained quite a bit.
Belle two hot meals might not be that bad depends what you choose. Light hot meals have no more calories than a sandwich, etc.

MossyE well done on shredding, hopefully the night out in mind will keep you motivated and away from those Easter eggs.
Chids fingers crossed for a loss tonight. Its great when people start commenting on your weight loss. I was at the gym last week and the owner's husband commented to her that I looked really well and he'd noticed I had lost weight, which made me feel good.
cp - No alcohol til 18th May . I've got a night out on 17th May so I want to have lost my stone by then which should be doable.
Belle its no wonder your struggling at home when you have a house full. If the hot meals are healthy then it doesn't matter. Don't worry too much, its not as if you are trying to lose weight, just maintaining so you are allowed to relax a bit.
Cedar, same here, its not easy is it? I'm not sure I'll weigh in tomorrow, I might leave it until next Friday. We need to demolish the Easter eggs so I don't have them to pick at.

Oh sounds like a lot of motivated people here today! Morning ladies, well I had a good yesterday and hoping for another one today. Only thing was I was hungry after my tea so will need to eat more tonight to make sure I'm not tempted to snack.
Today is fruit and tea for breakfast, soup for lunch and beef stir fry for tea. Got plenty fruit to snack on at work too.

Hi all. I had a tummy bug over Easter weekend so haven't felt much like eating chocolate. It helped me lose 4.75 lbs this week though but I expect some of that to go back on this week now that I'm eating again. Total loss now is 26.75 lbs, so close to 2 stone! I'm hoping I do that by next week but it could be hard as my H comes home today after being at sea for 3 months so no doubt he'll want lots of bad food and booze! He better bloody notice that I've lost weight.
CP - I've only had one night of alcohol since The start of January and I think it's definitely helped with my weight loss.

I too have been so bad. I dont even like much chocolate normally but the Easter Eggs (we had 15 in the house!) oh my god I have been chomping like they are the only thing left on earth to eat! I am going back to the gym tonight, eeek! I only have 1 months membership left so will see how I go for the next month and see if I continue.
SW - Good to see you back. A stone in that time is so doable. When you are motivated you do great.
Chids - Its always nice when people comment! Good luck tonight. When you say you have a treat after weigh in, is that still within the SW guidelines? I only ask as my friend who does WW does the same, but basically if she has a loss she has a blow out, no holds barred and gets straight back to it. However the following week she doesnt loose, so she sticks with it, then has a great loss, so its a vicious circle!
DD - OOO how exciting - I hope your H notices you have lost weight! Have you got any before and after pics to share?
CP - A chip butty oooo you naughty girl lol!

Mossy E - Good luck with no alcohol - I have to admit I am not a big drinker on a weekly basis - mine is more I binge when I have a big night out.
Belle - As long as the meals arent fish and chips or burger and chips twice a day I am sure you will be fine.

1st baby, normally my treat is something chocolate related, although a few weeks ago i got chicken tikka from the indian and had that with rice, just the dry chicken tikka, no sauces. Last weeks treat was a whispa gold. I used to go all out and blow it when i did WW a few years ago, i'd still lose the following week, but not much.

Today's lunch is corn fed chicken with dauhpinoise and minted french beans. Delicious but I'll have the fish.

Belle seems a shame you can't indulge when you're getting offered free gorgeous food!! Can't you have it as your main meal then have something light for tea?

Sorry Ive been a bit awol from the WL threads recently, I'm still managing my fast days (apart from this week), but totally crap on all the other days so not losing anything, although not really gaining either - although this week I probably will!
I'm attempting to fast today, been ok so far, but I'm stuck in home with C for most of the day (who constantly asks for food) while the plumber is fitting the new boiler - I'm off to the hairdressers later so at least I won't be tempted then!
Belle - you new place sounds so fab!!

Not really Mossy as we have meal planned this week due to my sister and her kids being with us. My dinners tend to be light anyway, salmon and salad last night, chicken and salad tonight I think. Might have the chicken and beans without the spuds.

Belle - Have the chicken, half spuds and minted beans
DD - I would find the fast days too hard, how long have you been doing it? DO you still have to count calories for the non fast days?

I didn't have the spuds and am glad as they were sweet potato - yuck! Minted beans and chicken was lush though, so so good. Had 2 servings of salad so I am stuffed!
