Morning, who is weighing in tomorrow? I am, I'm feeling positive as I have had a good week and still no alcohol. I'm off to the gym after work tonight where I'll do an hours cardio and a core work out.
B - Go Ahead bar.
L - Soup and grapes.
D - Jacket potato with tuna and salad.

Sounds nice though You don't seem in the zone at all this week so I would just give yourself a break and start again properly next week.

I think I will. Overall I'm doing really well with eating, bowls of fruit for breakfast and to snack on then a small lunch and dinner, both very low carb high protein so it's not all bad. But really for me it's the exercising.

I'm here, lost 1lb this week but not feeling motivated at all. I feel so tired and run down atm its not helping.
I just want to loose a couple more pounds before my hol so I can put some on when I'm there! Currently having wine and choc tho, oops, weigh in day treat!
