How are you getting on this week? Who weighs in tomorrow?
So, how many of us have holidays to look forward to this summer? How long have you got until you go? Mine is about 15 weeks away, I'm sure in that time I can get to my target.
I had an ok day yesterday, not great but not terrible. I'm at work today so no temptations in my way then I'm going to the gym when I finish.
B - Go ahead bar.
L - Tuna salad with pitta bread and yoghurt
D - Jacket potato with tuna and salad.

Morning, 15 weeks is plenty of time especially the way you're going.
I did 6w6p this mor ing finally. I've got 6 weeks until I go on a hen spa weekend and have to try on my BM dress so that is my target for getting rid of some of this tummy. I think because it's from pregnancy there's not much actual fat to lose, it needs toning more than anything which means exercise is the way forward eek.
B - muesli, yoghurt
L & D - no idea

LB exercise is definately the way forward, especially when you haven't got much to lose.

I'm not holding out much hope for this week with my meal out yesterday and again on Saturday. Although I have told H i'm not eating anying Sat until our meal as I really want to enjoy it. He said please please eat something or you'll be p!ssed after 1 - and I would.
Lou told me last night they have got me a surprise birthday cake for my surprise party tonight - love him! So with cake on the menu I've got not chance!
12 weeks til holiday. I can tone in that time, just need to find the zone again.

LB - me too, exercise is good but i need to cut the crap out!

AFM - been exercising lots but eating lots of crap too so its not great! Still weighed this morning and im still 9.5 so its ok but i just feel crap! got girls over tonight and we are eating chinese, after tonight im gonna stop the crappy food and try to be good!! I have been walking lots but just need to stop my cravings! I seem to have a bad day and proper binge out, yesterday 2 ice creams, for no reason. i wasnt even hungry! I WILL be better I think because I have done better than i ever expected to im not being strict but i know i can lose 3 ponds to be 9.2 fo photos if i really put my mind to it but i just dont think i am really that bothered. PJ xx

Snow White my holiday is in 3 weeks and 3 days so I am now very dedicated, after putting it off for ages! I reached my WW goal ages ago and have maintained it but really should be toning up but I'm a lazy ***!
Lindtbunny you can make a big difference in 6 weeks if you stick with it. x
B'fast- cereal, skimmed milk
lunch- pate and salad roll, banana, ww yoghurt
snack- low fat cereal bar, fruit
Dinner- chicken, potato croquettes and low fat cauli cheese.
Am about to do day 4 of 30DS... groan. Had double exercise last night because H got the horn watching me do 30DS, must have been all those booty out moves lol, whats he like.

Not really, he just doesn't get it enough! Any bum bobbing around in his face would give him the horn!

not bad day here yesterday for me, although I did have a glass of wine and a bag of crisps last night, but I had been running (week 4 day 2 of couch 2 5k) and then did six week six pack once I'd recovered enough from running to face Jillian shouting at me for half an hour
today's plan is:
B - cereal bar
L - baked potato
D - chicken fajitas
S - fruit
For exercise I've got my second tennis lesson tonight, really looking forward to it even though I'm totally cr9p at it!! It's 8.30-10pm too, so will get home about half past and it'll be a quick shower then bed, so no having to avoid snacking for me tonight!
Holiday is now 3 weeks and 4 days away (in fact we will have landed by now all being well....not that I'm counting the minutes till sunshine or anything....
ML - my H is like that too, think he likes the sweaty lycra [grim]
Belle - enjoy your birthday cake, happy birthday lady xx
PJ - I think you are allowed to relax, you've done sooooo well! Enjoy your chinese
SW - 15 weeks is loads of time to get to goal, you do so well with all your exercise anyway!
LB - how did you find 6 week 6 pack? I have done it twice this week (just aiming for 3 times a week alongside everything else) and I swear my tummy is shrinking already! Couldn't do a burpee if my life depended on it though

W - I wish my tummy was shrinking that quickly haha. It's the side planks I really struggle with, good god they are hard! I can feel it in my core though so I'm hoping if I can carry on it will do some good. With two kids at home it's difficult to do every day so I'm just doing it whenever I can and sometime do 30ds as it's quicker. I'm aiming not to have a break of more than one day as for me it just doesn't work otherwise.

Ha I can't do side planks either, I admit I sit and watch that bit, my arm just won't hold me up! I'll get there though
