Morning everyone how are you all? Thought that this could be a good chance to see if anyone else wanted to join us, its a few weeks to Christmas so there's time for people to loose some weight before then.
also thought it might be useful to say what plan we are following.
Iv been dieting most of my adult life, have had 5 pregnancies in 4 years so my abdominal muscles are shot to bits. Started dieting again around spring this year, lost 10lbs then put 6 back on but I started again at the end of October.
I did 3 weeks of dukan (no carbs and low fat) and shredded too and now I'm just following a LO gi diet. Iv lost approx 24lbs so far (still have about a stone to go),
Todays meals are
Breakfast - pporridge
tea- chicken stuffed with Philly and wrapped in Ham

I've been following Weight Watchers for 8 months and have lost just over 2 stone. After having F, I was the heaviest I have ever been and now I'm lighter than before I had him. Ideally, I want to lose another stone but in reality I'm struggling a bit with it now.
That said, I think I've had a good week so will see what the scales say tonight!
B - toast and cup of tea
L - WW points free soup with slice of bread or ryvita
D - WW meal

Morning all! CP and WG, you've both done so well!
I've been a bit awol but still loosing so that's good! I'm following weightwatchers in a bid to lose the massive amount of weight I put on in pregnancy.
I have lost 21.5 lbs so far since following the plan from August but nearly 4 stone since having N at the end of May. Still about a stone to go (giving away how much weight I put on here but I'm amongst friends!). Once I get back to my pre pregnancy weight I can then start on what I want to lose before getting pregnant!
It's a long old road but I'm on it for the long hall, if I ever do decide to have any more babies, I'm determined that my bmi will be within a healthy range, or at least under 28.
Meal plan for today is as fluid as usual. toast for breakfast, no idea for lunch and beef stew for tea.

Well, I was doing WW, but just couldn't stick to it so decided to give Dukan another go (I lost nearly a stone on it last year, but it's gradually gone back on).
I've been doing it nearly two weeks and have lost about 7lb. Will see what the scales say in the morning!
No idea what I'm going to eat today yet though, although it's a PP (pure protein) day so only meat, fish and fat free dairy.

after feeling the fattests i ever have on holiday i Cyprus i came home to the scales reading 12stone. so from mid July to my holiday in august i joined WW and lost a stone. then after holiday i gained 5lb so had to get back on it. been losing about a lb a week but following the WW guide very loosely. On Monday this week i hit my 10st target. Since then I've done nothing but stuff my face due to totm. i just need to maintain now really which is very hard in December.

Hi Ladies, I hope you don't mind me coming out of the woodwork and joining you, I was a lurker on Hitched. I'm currently 4 stone over weight, I lost 2 for my wedding in 2011 and have now regained the lot in the past 12 months!
I'm doing Slimming World again as it's what I did before the wedding, I joined 2 weeks ago, my weigh ins are Wednesday evenings, so far I've lost 4lbs. My motivation for losing weight this time is TTC, we plan to start in March of next year and I want to be a healthy as possible to give us the best chance.
So far today I've had 2 slices of toast, lunch will be an omelette, and then for dinner I am undecided at the moment! I hope you all have good days.

I don't follow a specific diet, I count calories with MFP and do lots of exercise. My weight is up and down, I'm good for a week, then not for a week.
I've had a good week this week, done lots of exercise. I'm at work today, then off to the gym tonight when I finish.
B - satsuma
L - Soup and small roll and satsuma
D - Chicken stir fry

I'm just being careful with what I eat and trying not to eat too many treats. I started WW back in Jan 2011 after the birth of my 2nd (and last!) child. I was 12.4.5 when I started and this week started afresh at 9.13 so I have lost over 2 stone, but thats taken a long time of stopping and starting. I ideally would like to get to 9.3 as a final target, but would settle for 9.7 for Christmas. Here's hoping for a small loss tomorrow morning.
Jacket and salad
Cottage pie and veg

Hi everyone. I started back in January knowing that last year I had put a shed load of weight on which I can't even blame on having a baby . I've so far lost 36lbs this year and I aim to lose another stone and a half but, like a lot of us, am finding it harder at this time of the year.
I've been using My Fitness Pal and counting calories. I've tried to be a lot calmer about food and not eat when I'm not hungry. I've also cut back a lot on the snacks which was probably my undoing for a lot of the weight gain. I also swim and have been doing Jillian Michaels DVDs very slowly. Or as I like to put it not so much 'Ripped in 30' as 'Slightly less fat in 90'
This year its been better than normal in that I haven't spent the first few months losing weight and then the rest of the year regaining it and thats partly thanks to the support on the weight loss threads.
Edited to add:
I've done Ripped in 30 Level 4 this morning.
And I've had cereal for breakfast.
Sandwich for lunch
Pasta for dinner

I'd love to join in and lose some of the wobbly bits for Christmas.
I started back on SS last Sunday and was being really good until last night when my H bought a chippie for me, I know I'd didn't have to eat it... but I did :o( I have also been picking at all the sweets and cakes at work too however I am blaming TOTM for that! As I have a night out on Saturday to see Breaking Dawn pt2 and then for a curry afterwards I guess I'll be starting afresh on Sunday.
My work night out is on 21st December so I'd like to have lost a few pounds by then with an overall aim of losing a stone to a stone and a half.
