How are you all getting on? I had a slip up last night and had a bottle of wine. I did burn loads of calories at the gym so it was still within calories but not a good choice. My period is here and I'm feeling really bloated today, the wine hasn't helped.
I'm at work today so no temptation in my way.

Morning SW - I have a wedding on sat and I know I'm going to be drinking so I'm dreadin the bloated feeling!
AFM - Well I wanted to maintain 9.9 this week as I had a rubbish weekend, but had a quick look on scales and I'm sure I have lost but will weigh properly tomorrow! so I'm pleased.
Have been a bit naughty this morning, I made caramel shortbread yesterday and was dying to try some so had a tiny piece! Whoops, but I have shredded this morning and thinking I will get it in again once kids go to bed this evening! Haven't planned meals today as I'm out at a friends this morning which may involve lunch so not sure what i'll do. Hopefully its not too bad. Just want to be good so my stomach doesn't stick out at the wedding in my dress Also I have a really busy week next week seeing lots of friends and family so I know its going to be a bad week!

Morning SW. I'm still feeling in the zone this week after being so awful before I've been tracking my calories and not been too bad overall. Will risk the scales tomorrow and find out what the damage is from the gluttony. I need to get back on to the exercise as well.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is a sandwich
Dinner will be salmon something (haven't decided what yet).

Ouch. I went to the gym last night and felt really into it, so I did 20 mins bike, 30 mins walking machine, 25 mins stepper and then some ab work. Ouch. I ache so much today!
I am back in the zone and might go for a swim tonight.
L: Off to a friends for lunch not sure what it will be but I have strawberries to take, so hoping to not be too bad
D: Cous cous stuffed peppers with chicken I think

PJ you've done so well, I'm sure you'll look fab in your dress on Saturday.
Cedar well done on getting back on it this week. Its hard to fit the exercise in when the kids are off school, I'm going to get back into it properly next week when they go back and we get a routine back.
1stbaby - Well done on going to the gym, you obviously worked hard.
