Come on ladies where are you all?
Weigh in for me tonight, fingers crossed for a loss. I feel slimmer, did my zumba last night which was great, it's definately helping me to lose the inches.
B - 2 weetabix, coffee, 2 malted milk biscuits
L - Jacket spud with tuna and extra light mayo
D - H and i are going out for tea after fat club, so will pick something yummy.
S - Pineapple and grapes

I was just about to start a thread, then I saw yours! Good luck at WI tonight chids.
I've had another good day and even managed to have a lovely syrup pudding within my calories , I went back down to level 1 of 30ds which was much easier after having done 2 days of level 2! I might go back to level 2 again tonight.
B - porridge
L - not sure, probably soup
D - cottage pie
S - fruit

Not eating much else I still had a big dinner, but it was mostly veg with a chicken fillet, and managed not to eat too much during the day. It was only a smallish pudding but sooooo tasty!

It's worth not having anything else all day to be able to have that. Last week after weigh in i had some apple crumble with low fat custard as my treat. It was so lovely.

Urgh Really good day food wise yesterday, but didn't exercise and scoffed an iced finger and a chocolate bar at 10pm so undone all the good work.
Didn't get up to exercise again this morning, just not feeling it right now. I know I need to, 15 weeks til holiday. Gotta get toned!

chids - absolutely, although I still felt I ate plenty in the day.
Belle - You've done so well so far, and missing a couple of days exercise won't harm that - you can do so much in 15 weeks, you'll get there!

I know DD that's what I keep telling myself. AF is due this weekend so am feeling a mit meh about diet / food / exercise. I'll wait til that's over and crack on again. Gotta do it. Got Gaucho's for my birthday in a couple of weeks, Ideally I'd like to wear my midi dress.

Oh yes, AF isn't going to help your motivation and you must be knackered with the new job and everything else going on at home! Just give yourself a date to start again and don't beat yourself up about it too much x

Belle, have a week off, it won't do you any harm, once AF is out the way maybe you'll be in a better frame of mind.

I weighed in last night and lost 2 lbs which I'm really pleased about. Now at 10 st 11lb. I think I will set a target to reach 10 st and see if I can get in my old size 12 stuff, if not I might try and loose a bit more. the group I go to is really inspiring. One member has lost nearly 6 1/2 stones.
today I am having:
B 2 slices of wholemeal toast spread and marmite
L left over cold chicken in tomato sauce and cous cous
T home made cottage pie made with lean turkey mince and chunky veg
snacks bananas and plums

Well done carole, i love the group i go to too. Some weeks i'm on the weigh in desk helping out, i love seeing everyone losing weight. Last week was my last free week through my GP referral, so from now on i'm paying. TBH, it's like a night out...how sad am i?

what weight would estimate to be a size 12? I'm fitting comfortably in a 14 now. is another 11 lbs achievable?

Chids and DD - you're both doing so well, keep going.
Belle - a week off sounds good and you can get back into the diet and exercising Ian better frame of mind.
I've been doing really well and have kept under my calorie allowance for most of this week, if I've gone over, it's only by a few and my allowance is 1350 so it will still count towards the loss. I've been doing more walking rather than shredding, I can fit it in easier during the day plus I won't have O trying to clamber onto me when I'm doing push or sit ups.
