How was yesterday? I had a pretty good day yesterday, although I did have 3 bottles of bud but was well within calories as I had a good session at the gym.
Today I'm at work again so it will be a good day. I can't get to the gym tonight so I'm going to shred when I get in.
B - Go ahead bar.
L - Soup.
D - Jacket potato with tuna and salad.

Glad you had a good day yesterday SW. I've been good this week but I've had to be strict as I'm not feeling well and not up to shredding. AF has also turned up (early) so I'm in a grump.

I had a good day yesterday too, we ended up having sausage, mash and veg for tea which was just lovely. I also did an hour at zumba too, and i felt great afterwards, and my back is ok today, so looks like i'll be ok now. Weigh in night tonight for me, lets just see what happens. I think i've been pretty good on the whole this week, not much snacking.
B - 2 toast & coffee
L - Quorn pasta bake & muller light
D - not sure, there's not much in tbh, i need to do a food shop. So whatever i can scrape together with the food that is in.

I had a bad day yesterday as I didn't have time for breakfast so was snacking on rubbish. No time to shred either. Today I have zero motivation to do my DVD.

Would it be okay to join you guys :)... I am doing healthy eating, just at home, kind of following the SW, as i have all the books etc, but not sticking to it religiously, Also going swimming once a week, and i have a mini trampoline at home, I can't do much exercise wise due to my accident but i am doing little bits at a time, hoping to up my swimming to twice a week when i have some more stamina.. would be nice to have some support in my first week i lost 2 pounds, i weigh in on a monday morning :)!

Belle, think we will be having a take away after weigh in tonight. I need to go shopping, and won't get the chance to do that until tomorrow. I shall pick healthily though, probably have either a chow mein or chicken with mushrooms and boiled rice.

Mid Target till 24.05.13 - 119,90 LBS
Final Target by 26.07 (36th Birthday) - 114 LBS
I live abroad so stones are a bit tricky to work out - I think I want to lose a stone but I also really want to tone up. the last time I was so skinny and toned was whilst breastfeeding.... and that was 2010 :)

Afternoon ladies. I'm having a mixed week this week. Have snacked too much but am feeling very motivated for the exercise. Did Ripped in 30 again this morning. You'd think it would be easy given I've already done it once. But no, my arms are aching now and I was sweating away. Although I think last year when I first did it I was struggling to keep up with the 'easy' version and this time I'm trying to keep up with the advanced version. Apart from the ones that I can't do properly

Ceadr, any tips on making cous cous? I love the stuff but it's so plain when I make it myself. It never tastes as good as shop bought.

I have had a pretty good week in prep or this weekend!
today has been
B - apple, grapes and pineapple
L - egg sandwhich with crisps ( I really fancied them and thought why not!)
D - Unsure yet. I'm not sure I'll have chance to eat tbh, I still have loads of packing, ironing washing ect

Sorry I can't read through, the food thoughts will make me feel ill, I'm in bed with a sickness bug, finally stopped being sick but the thought of food makes me want to vom!
I got my stone award this week and I'm 15lb lighter. Really pleased its slowly coming off.
