Come on girls, almost weigh in for many of us, how we getting on?
I fully expect a gain this week. I went to Gauchos last night and had scallops with chorizo dressing, the 300g fillet with chips and mushroom sauce, and pear brulee. 3 glasses of champagne, 2 mojitos, 2 glasses of Sauv Blanc. I'm hanging today and have already had a bagel for breakfast. Lunch will be Vital Ingredient and to top it all off I'm being treated to lunch at Windows tomorrow so even more good food and wine.

Sounds fab, I lost this week, but I am in no mood to diet at all. So, I am going to have to get my finger out. When I can get to that 1 stone, I will be happier.

I gained 2lb this week! Gutted but I know why. I went out twice (once to a Chinese buffet) and I'm out again Friday and Saturday this week for my birthday so I'm
Not expecting a loss next week either I'm determined to get back on it after my birthday though.
Belle your meal last night sounds yummy! Bagel sounds good too!

SW - I lost 1.5lb last week so i'm at 18st 10lb now if you don't mind updating me.
Dolly - if you know why you've put on, then it's not so bad, chinese buffets, and things aren't going to happen every week, you'll be able to put it right.
Kellfi - i hope you find your motivation again soon, you've got your holidays coming up, try and get it back before then.
Belle - that list of food made me drool, sounds delicious
It's weigh in night for me tonight, and this is the first week where i'm not feeling optimistic. I've had a dreadful weekend, and i don't think that the two days i've been back from hols will be enough to redeem me, so i fully expect to put on tonight, which i'll be gutted about, but i should have thought of that when i was stuffing my face with cake.
I did an hour of zumba though last night, which i really enjoyed. You can't be a good dance and cheer you up and make you feel good.
B - toast, 1 boiled egg, coffee
L - tomato mugshot, penguin wafer
D - not sure, we're having a food shop delivered tonight, so hopefully something lovely.

SW - can you put my weight back to 10st 10.5lb please hopefully it should be less tomorrow!
Good fast day yesterday need to not eat too much now today. I might try to fit in another fast day tomorrow maybe if I can stick to it.

I know I say it all the time, but I am not getting in until about 6.45, have to sort Liam, do any housework and eating heathily is the last thing on my mind, (actually eating is lol), I am trying to get stuff ready for a sale that I am doing, H and I are niggling at each other and Liam was up twice through the night. Waaaah. I have lost 10.5 now, 9.5 to go until target

Well I'm getting fed up dieting but don't have much to go, I'm considering this fasting diet thing because someone on dw seems to have a good plan, 4 days slimming world, 2 days fasting and 1 day off. I need to exercise too but obviously haven't got off my *** to do it! I'm feeling good in my new clothes though so that's perked us up a bit

Morning ladies, not a bad week for me so far, fairly low carb and little snacking, until H brought me wine last night, damn him! He knows I have no willpower. Oh well, today is another day.
Today is b - low carb muffin, l - soup, d - tbd, something with chicken

SW - Could you update my current weight to 14st 2lbs - I've have had a rubbish few weeks.
B - That sounds like a lovely meal, you have to indulge every now and then otherwise life will be boring.
K - well done on the loss though I know what you mean about not being in the mood to diet.
D - oh well, strike this week off, enjoy your birthday and then start again afterwards x
C - we all have a blip every now and then, I hope the weigh in isn't too bad x
I've lost a lb so far this week. I've been finding it difficult as I've got a cold and I just want to eat junk food to make myself feel better, but I'm resisting temptation!

Morning everyone. Belle, your meal sounds delicious and is making me really hungry!
Can't do personals as I'm in a rush today, got lots to do this morning so can't hang around here wasting time
Chids and everyone else who has gained or is struggling this week, don't worry if you've gained a bit this week. We all have times where we just enjoy ourselves and don't overthink what we're doing. The trick is to keep going and get back to the things you know are working for you. (This is what I need to tell myself too )
Anyway, I've just been making a veggie soup for tea tonight. And I'm off out for a swim this lunch time as I couldn't be bothered to get out of bed and tackle 6 week 6 pack. So it will be a walk there and a walk back in the rain which will help burn off some calories.
