ive not been on one of these threads for weeks, but I'm still here!
i didn't make my ww meetings on Monday because I couldn't be bothered to go outhe snow snow. I think I stayed the same which I was very pleased with following my birthday whiinvolved fish and chips, night out out and a very boozy mothers day.
i feel like I have my motivation back and have beequite e good for a few days. I don't have many plans for the weekendose hoping for a loss on Monday.

I've not been around much either, M has been really demanding on my days off and I can't hitch much the day's I'm working. Plus my sis had a little baby boy last week so I've been visiting them for squishy newborn cuddles :)
I've not been great this past while, my weight was back to 12st 3lb on Monday. It seems tp be coming down and I've made loads of soup to freeze now, so no excuses for crap lunches!
Today's plan is b - toast, l - soup and low carb muffin, d - sweet n sour chicken with no rice and extra veg. Snacks will be soup. Working today then have stepsons parents night tonight so not sure I'll manage exercise. Must get back into it though.

Your holiday isn't far off - keep focussed! Maybe try shaking your meals up a bit, introduce new things.
Weekender - Congrats on becoming an auntie
Pelican - Mmm I love those cheese triangles in a wrap too!
AFM - Another good day yesterday despite munchkin being down for lunch! It normally involves crisps and cakes but we all had beans on toast. I still feel bulky though but I must remember this is the last half a stone and its going to be a battle!
Todays plan is:
B: Fruit and tea
L: Possibly a jacket spud and tuna salad or soup
D: Fish and veg

Oh no belle, I think maintenance is harder than losing. Why don't you try the 5:2 fast diet? See if that can allow you to eat well most of the time and still maintain?

Morning Ladies, I have been a bit rubbish the last couple of days but will try to be better today. I've been to the gym this morning and going for a walk this afternoon while the sun is shining.

I've just not got my motivation this week as Mothers Day thew me - I normally spend the day cooking lunches and planning dinners. I'm not being naughty just by buying lunches albeit health choices I don't feel like I'm getting anywhere.
Weekender I'm not into faddy diets. I've lost over 2st by cutting out the bad and upping the good, initially follwing WW. I don't need to lose weight as such. I need to exercise and keep eating healthy. I think starting my new job is throwing me a bit too as I'm not sure when I can fit in exercising.

Afternoon. I'm not having a brilliant week - I drank at the weekend, we've been ill and I've had to rush around at work which means I've not got the exercise in as normal.
But won't panic, and just keep eating healthy for now. Next week will be a bit easier I think. My H is out for work quite a bit which means we won't be tempted to sit on the sofa with a glass of wine of an evening
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is a sandwich
Dinner is veggie soup
Belle - I think once it gets a bit lighter in the evenings I will feel a bit more like exercising then instead of lounging around in this cold dark weather.

Not great this morning but will try and sort it out today! I know by I haven't been good as I had a sneaky weigh in and I know I am doing well this week so have picked as I feel like I can now. But I really shouldn't! Need to stay on track as I know weekend is going to be bad! Dinner with friends on sat and a huge roast on Sunday so must behave! Pj xx

Hi all, good so far today, tuna salad for lunch followed by a ultra mini chomp - all pointed! Not sure what is for tea but it will be low point - prob roast veg and something!
I did some digging in the garden yesterday so burned off some calories doing that. I just wish it would get a bit warmer so I could get back out jogging at night (mm an excuse in there probably).
