Morning, I had an ok day yesterday. I'm at work today and won't manage to get to the gym later but I'll be there tomorrow.

Not weighing in tonight, I don't have time to get to group. Didn't have time to exercise last night either. Foodwise I think i'm doing ok. We're away this weekend for a few days so i'm looking forward to that. I just need a break. I'm exhausted.
B - 2 cheese oatcakes
L - ham salad sandwich, apple & muller light
D - not sure

Yesterday was good food wise, I had a tin of tuna and salad beans for my dinner and managed to shred so feeling good. Still some work to go on toning but I feel better - it helped Louie was in bed by 7.30pm.

Well done everyone, glad you're feeling better about doing some exercise Belle.
I've lost 3lb in the last week so gone from 10 stone to 9 stone 11lb. I'm very pleased as have had some treats too and didn't get to Zumba this week either.
Today I've got
B - Weetabix
L - scrambled egg on toast
T - chicken & bacon lasagne

well done on the losses this week! I was good yesterday, have my weigh in tomorrow and I've been good all week, I'd better have lost something!
I was meant to shred today and totally forgot till this moment. Doh. No time now I've got to go get O from his nap.
B'fast- bran flakes, skimmed milk
lunch- ham salad wrap, walkers hoops and crosses, banana.
snack- ww bar, fruit.
dinner- 2 toast, 1 scrambled egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, brown sauce.
evening snack- 1 ww biscuit.
