Lovely busy thread yesterday
Good day again here, stepped in the scales this morning and all looking good for weigh in tomorrow. Use MFP aswell after being reminded how good it was yesterday. Thanks for that.

Nala well done for another good day yesterday.
I had too many calories yesterday but I was still under because I did my long run which burnt over 800 calories and walked in the afternoon but still feel like I've cheated. Nevermind, today I will be sticking to my 1200 calories. I'm at work today so no chance of temptation. I'm off to the gym the gym tonight after work and also going to postpone weigh in until Saturday which will keep me on the straight an narrow on Friday night.

Good to hear you are feeling positive, fingers crossed for a loss tomorrow.
Yesterday the kids had dentist so we got L a KFC dinner. I had a sneaky few chips and a couple of popcorn chicken pieces. I really need to stop the nibbling & picking when he eats as this will be my downfall!
Today: usual breakfast and lunch, dinner will be veg curry or veg stir fry.

Nala - sounds like you're doing well! I would tell you that you shouldn't be stepping on the scales, but I do it myself so can't really say anything!
I had a great day yesterday, not one thing went past my lips that shouldn't have
Hope I can continue today, but it will be a bit harder since it's my day off although we will be out of the house a lot of the day.

L - whatever meat I can put together to take out for lunch, and a yogurt

I tend to have a sneaky look on the scales during the week to see if I'm heading in the right direction and weigh in 'officially' once a week on a Friday morning or Saturday morning.

Just wondered, I have scales in the house, but I think that I will stick with the WW ones for the moment

No Fi. It's best not to especially if you are doing WW weigh in. I use Boots scales once a week and never look at home as they are never accurate. If I move it slightly from one tile to another it adds or loses.

Lol, I know, I weighed on them and they were a different weight. When I got to Goal with WW before, I never had scales in the house, but I have them now.

I'm feeling positive today. Made sure we walked to school again this morning. Will walk at home time too! Keep up the good work everyone :)

Hi bit late to this today as my H was hogging the computer earlier
Not a bad day yesterday, overall. Am going to get back into logging everything on MFP - I've been a bit lax on this just recently. Not expecting much this week as I've been snacking on Christmas goodies all week. Next week will be the first 'proper' week for me.
Nala, Deedee - well done on a good days yesterday
SW - you're supposed to eat back your exercise calories so don't feel bad about it. MFP already has a calorie deficit built in before you add in your exercise.
Belle - I wouldn't be able to resist a few chips either
Kellfi - I might have a look in the week sometimes to see how things are going. But not if I've had a heavy weekend
Ellebumblebee - well done on walking to school this morning - all the little activities really add up over time.

Hi everyone, at my desk again having a tuna salad.
Nala - glad you are happy with progress before you rweigh in.
SW - that was some run don't feel bad.
Belle - eating the kids tea is my downfall. Last night I polished off the chicken dippers they had left and so couldn't eat my own tea later as it would have taken me over my points
Deedee and Ellebumblebee - sounds like you are doing really well
Kellfi - no I am very strict with myself, once a week only in the frist aid room on the fancy scales in work
Cedar - Good to have a firm start I think. I am back shredding but am going to look at some other Jillian DVDs like those you have mentioned before.
AFM - Today is my weigh in and I have lost 5lbs!! Very happy indeed.

I'm still on the wagon, surprised by how low my calorie intake is using mfp.

I try not to stand on them daily as I know it's not good but wanted a sneaky peak today. I'm not attending classes at the moment as I was doing rosemary Connelly but post surgery I can't jump around yet. Think I'll weigh on Saturday this week!

Thanks everyone! Just need to make sure I don't get cocky after that. Hoping for a 2lb loss a week after that initial drop. Due no doubt to cutting out the takeaways I had been indulging in over the festive period.
