I had another good day yesterday, although I didn't manage to fit any exercise in as I had a nightmare journey home from work last night so by the time I picked the kids up from 2 different places, got home, made the tea, got them in the bath then made our tea it was late.
I'm at work again today, as is H so won't get to the gym but will definately start the ab challenge again tonight, that is my main area that needs toning. When I picked J up from SIL's she commented on how much weight I had lost, which is always good motivation when people start noticing.

That's nice your sil noticed, kind of confirms the loss doesn't it? I've been getting really grumpy about the lack of difference made and I've been working out hard for almost 6 weeks now and really limited the bad stuff and eaten more healthily. The inch and a half I've lost doesn't seem to have made visible difference and I have at least another 2 inches to lose. it's taking so long Anyway enough whinging.

Very proud to say that H and I were up at 5.20 this morning. He went for a run whilst i did the Shred then we did the ab challenge. Topped off tonight with the squat challenge. Ooooh yeah I'm BACK!
Was so tempted to buy a croissant on the way to work but resisisted. Will have tea and fruit. Lunch will be something and salad and dinner H is knocking up a prawn stri fry, he'll have his with rice.

Lb - Keep at it, you may not be losing inches but I bet you are toning up with all of the exercise.
Belle - Well done, that's great, my H always does his exercise before work but I can never be bothered to get out of bed that early but I only usually work 2 days a week so exercise the mornings when I'm not here. Well done on resisting the croissant.

Well done all on the good days and motivation! I'm day 7or8 on the ab challenge and wanted to shred today too but I've woken up with a really bad headache! Again.
Will be good food wise..

SW - it's great that people are starting to notice
Lindtbunny - it will come off, it takes time. Keep at it, and you will see the benefits.
I was ok yesterday, i'm just so shattered though, I didn't do zumba, I ached too much from the race for life. I need some energy, I feel exhausted all the time, and at the moment I want to eat crap. I'm at the change over of my pill packet though, so I suppose it is kind of like AF time, which explains the need to eat crap.

L - turkey chilli, cous cous, muller light
D - not sure tbh, it's weigh in night, so whatever I had will probably be late on
S - cherries, grapes, strawberries

Just seen I'm on a rest day from the ab challenge today. I'm not going to do any exercise today in that case. I feel like my body is trying to fight something off! And my head is killing

Morning all. Still on the ab challenge, think today was day 13, I miss it when I have rest days but then dread the days I do!
