How are you getting on? I had a good day yesterday, went to the gym and had a good work out, ate well and was well under calories.
I'm at work today, if I can leave early I'm going to try and get to the gym but I've had a bad back for nearly a week and if I'm sitting at my desk all day I'm not sure how I'll feel by the end of the day so will play it by ear.

Morning, I'm not exactly in the zone but I forced myself to shred last night and will do again this morning as I'm out tonight.

I'm not doing good! Why is it half term diet goes out of the window? We have had picnics out and lucnhes with people so not been great. Been swimming once this week and gym tonight.

Well due to it all kicking off here whilst we were cooking tea last night, we had to abandon it and take A to A&E. So we were all starving when we finally got out of hospital at 9 and went to KFC!! Ooops! I had 3 pieces of chicken, no fries but surprisingly it's all within my cals on MFP. Today will be

L - ham salad sandwich

I'm back on it properly from tomorrow once i know what the damage is from the holiday tonight at weigh in. I didn't make it to zumba last night, i'm absolutely shattered. I'm buying a 12 week pass for slimming world tonight, which means that i can get two free weeks, so in those 12 weeks i'm hoping to lose another stone at least on top of the one i've lost already. If i keep going in blocks of 12 weeks it seems more do-able and not so daunting. I need to get some exercise done too, i'm doing race for life in just under two weeks and i aren't fit at all, so might try and get out for a walk at the weekend if the weather picks up.

SW I gained 2lbs so am back to 9st 8lb.
I've jarred my neck again so no exercise for me. PEED off.

Like 1st Baby its half term here so its hard. Did Ripped in 30 yesterday. Weather isn't helping as we've has two days of rain so not much chance of being active. Off to my parents today so no idea what I'm having for lunch. Tea will be a snack. If it stops raining we might go for a walk later.
Belle annoying to have gained and hope your neck is better soon.
Chids splitting up into 12 weeks sounds like a good idea.

Belle - hope your neck is better so you can get back to exercising. You'll get rid of the 2lb i'm sure easily enough, just step away from the cider

1stbaby its hard when you aren't in a routine, I've felt the same this week.
MossyE If its within calories then thats fine.
chids - fingers crossed you won't have gained too much.
Belle - Its so annoying when you want to exercise but can't. I'm feeling like that with my back, I've only been in work an hour and a half and I'm in agony so I doubt I'll be able to get to the gym tonight unless I dose myself up with painkillers.
Cedar - The weather for half term has been pants, its looking lovely for tomorrow and the weekend though. Enjoy lunch at your parents.

weigh in last night. I lost a pound. now 10st 8 1/2
On the home straight for my target of 10 stone. Although I may review it as I nearer and see how clothes feel and if I can aim for a few more lbs off so I can say I lost 3 stone.

You shouldn't really be exercising SW with a bad back you could do some real damage. I'd seriously consider not going (that's not a cop out btw)

Belle it didn't feel too bad yesterday when I went to the gym but I'm in agony already today so I don't think its even a possibility for tonight. I've got a number off the Doctor's for the Physio dept so I might give them a ring and try and get an appt, I'm sick of it now.

SW - you shouldn't be exercising with a bad back. When mine was bad a few weeks ago, leaving off the zumba helped it to get better quicker.
Carole - well done on the loss. Hopefully it won't be too long until you're at your target. You've done brilliantly.
