Morning, how are you getting on this week?
I had a great day exercise wise yesterday, burnt nearly 1500 calories from going to the gym and doing a 5m walk. We did end up in the pub after our walk though and had a few more in the house - oops. Food wise I was fine.
Today I'm at work so will be much better, I'm also going to the gym when I finish work.
B - Fruit
L - Ryvita and fruit
D - Jacket potato with tuna and salad.

Managed to do 100 squats, 60 with weights last night and 75 sit ups but couldn't do the crunches after. It really hurt and as I'm walking 9km tomorrow I thought what I'd done was enough.
Well done on burning 1500 calories - how many pints is that?

Well done on doing the challenges, the ab challenge killed yesterday. 1500 calories is 8 pints, I only had 3 but did have a few buds in the house so I probably consumed the rest of the calories on those oops.

Belle- are you doing a charity walk?
I was really good yesterday on food, especially as I saved all my calories during the day to save to make a nice antipasti starter for h to say thanks for all his hard work on lounge. However he just decided he wasn't doing anything last night which included any form of childcare. Asked him to give d a bath whilst I cook and he responded that she would cry the whole way through so didn't want to. By the time I'd done that and spent an hour getting her to sleep, it was 8pm and given he had cut a piece of wood for skirting board and then say on computer in almost 4 hours I didn't feel like making it!
Today is rest day on challenges but I'm off to another mother baby and fitness class today so will see if I prefer that one to the buggy one. I just felt like the other one didn't get me doing anything I wasn't already.... And doing more squats after the challenge in the morning was a little bit of a killer! Haha
B-cereal and fruit toast
L- depends how quickly I get home but something salad based
D-possibly antipasti! But this will be lots of calories so might do pork loin for main course with it, I could skip the potatoes too

I am back on the weight loss bench!
Having put the weight back on that I lost I cant use any more excuse's. Doing WW and have been very good the last three days, with the weekend tommorow though I think it will be tough.
Going to leave it another week before exercising though as I am still getting a few twinges from inside, you would of thought losing the appendix would make me at least 1lb lighter lol
You are both very good for doing all this excerise. What is the ab challenge?

HF - It's a work sponsored charity event. All our offices are doing either a sponsored walk cylce or run and ours is tomorrow. 9k through Richmond Park.

I started an ab challenge, but H was home for nearly 2 weeks and never got round to it. I think I'll start that one on Monday when I'm back to work. Will give me something to do in the evenings x

Morning, well done on the determination ladies.
I think the pmt-related bloating has gone so I'm feeling a bit better now. Just bought a new bikini, holiday is next Friday and would really like to lose half an inch by them and look less round on the tummy haha.

Food wise today i've had
B - 2 weetabix, coffee & two biscuits
L - banana, strawberries, grapes, muller light & french fries
D - After weigh in i've got a cheese and onion baguette, and some pretzels. I can't wait for this, i always have a little treat, usually something from the take away, but tonight's treat i just fancied cheese and onion baguette, then they'd got some American pretzels in Aldi last night, and i love them.
I am hoping to just lose half 1lb tonight, i'll be happy with that, obviously i'll be happy with more than that, but i really want to get my other half a stone award tonight, and then i'll be at 21lb off in total.

Welcome back those who haven't been around much.
I did Ripped in 30 this morning and then added on Day One of the ab challenge which was OK.
Been rushing around this morning so should have burnt off a few more calories as well.
Breakfast was yoghurt and fruit
Lunch was toast with feta cheese
Dinner is leftover paella.

Afternoon all. Shattered today as S wouldn't let me put him down all afternoon and evening. Did manage a sneaky run yesterday but only 1.5 miles so did another mile walk with him in the sling. CBA today to run so will walk the pony this evening instead.
L- minestrone soup
D- stir fry
