Morning, I've had a bit of a rubbish week, lots of alcohol has been consumed in the garden the last few days, I've been ok food wise and exercise wise so hopefully too much damage hasn't been done. I'm going to be better from today.
I'm at work so no temptations and the weather is getting crap so no more boozing in the garden. I'm off to the gym after work and will work really hard to try and undo some of the damage I've done this week.

Morning, I've been giving it about 50% so not very good. Trying to rectify it today and have done 6w6p and will eat well. My motivation is here one day gone the next.

I'm not feeling great today, think I've got a migraine coming on, so trying to stave that off. So didn't get up at 6:30 to exercise as planned, but got tennis tonight if headache stays away

E - tennis and day 2 ab and squat challenges

I didn't shred last night but did manage to do 70 squats and day 6 i think of the AC (40 sit ups..)
I got another telling off yesterday from a friend about losing weight, so as I'm now 9st 6lb I'm merely concentrating on the tonight up. Thighs bum and tum.
SW can you upate the chart for me. No more target of 9st 5lb, I'm happy with the 9st 6.

You can add me Snow White; starting weight I think after initially pregnancy loss was 11 stone, current 10st 8, goal 10 stone by August and to get into old jeans and a nice new dress for a friends party in August
I cheated and tried the scales this morning not impressed with them as say I've put on half a lb, I've tried so hard and been good. I thought the first few pounds would be easy to loose! Friday is official weigh in day so hopefully just a blip!
