How are you getting on this week in the heat? I've had a pretty good week. The exercise has been hard but hopefully it will pay off on the scales. No chance of any exercise today as I'm at work, I would of got up early and went for a run but H was nightshift last night and doesn't finish til 9am and I won't go tonight as it will be too hot then. I'll get up early tomorrow before work and go for a run.
B - Fruit
L - Tuna salad and nectarine
D - Maggi chicken, new potatoes and salad.

Morning! To answer your question yesterday about if I have a lot to lose, I am not going to go by my weight I would rather go by how i look/feel. I know i am over weight according to my BMI BUT I'm a size 10/12, and am aiming for a 10 across the board. I think 10lb should do it roughly.
Got Boxfit tonight which will be my first class at my new gym! I'm a bit nervous, I dont know why.
B - Cereal, cup of tea
L - Chicken salad
D - Salmon with pesto spaghetti
Lots of water!

Well you'll be pleased to hear i got my ass out of bed at 5.30am to exercise. I managed the shred warm up and part 1 then gave up as was doing it half heartedly, then did sit ups again half heartedly and squats with weights again no effort. Went back to lay on my bed for 10 mins. I'm going to do it tonight.

At least you did something Belle! I couldnt exercise in the morning if you paid me. I love my sleep too much!

Rod, that's not a lot to lose at all. Hope Boxafit isn't too hard tonight in this heat.
Belle - Well done, at least you did something, even if it was half heartedly. Its going to be hard work tonight!

I don't have much time to post these days as it's week 3 of the summer holidays. I've been getting back to eating normal portions this week and have shredded twice, will do again tonight but then we're away Friday to Monday so no doubt we'll be taking advantage of all the food choice in England and drinking oops.

SW its not a lot to lose but its that last bit that is always hard isnt it. Plus im a lazy so and so who loves eating so im doomed haha
