How's things going this week?
I didn't have a great day yesterday, I was starving all day so ended up picking, hopefully the gym session counteracted that. I'm at work today so it should be a good day. E has a netball tournament tonight so can't get to the gym.

L - Soup and fruit
D - Chicken in tomato and chilli sauce, new potatoes and veg.

Not great here. I'm being a lot better than I was a couple of weeks ago but still eating some naughty things that I shouldn't be. Finding it really hard to completely cut it all out! I get so frustrated with myself! Grrrr! This weather definitely makes me hungrier for some reason and because I'm stuck at home more than usual.

Morning. I'm having an OK week. Am going for a swim in a minute but haven't done much other exercise. And have snacked a bit which doesn't help. Have just made soup for dinner tonight so that is low calorie and filling too.
Stick with it ladies, not long before the sun will be out and we'll be wanting to wear our shorts and t-shirts (even if it doesn't feel like it now!).

HI all, good week food wise here but no exercise again!! Am crossing my fingers I have a loss when I weigh in on Friday!

I havent been great either and missed weigh in yesterday as G has chickenpox. 3 weeks till i am back at work and i really need to shift half a stone as my work trousers are a bit snug! So back on it today -
B - Yoghurt and bowl of melon
L - Ryvitas with laughing cow and salad
D - Veggie sausages, new potatoes and veg
