I had a good day yesterday after a few not so good days. I really need to stick with it until Sunday when I get weighed, I don't want to see 11st back on the scales.
I'm at work today so no temptations in the way. Can't make the gym tonight though as H is at work.
B - Go ahead bar.
L - Cuppa soup and fruit.
D - Jacket potato with tuna and salad.
Here's the chart, let me know if it needs amending.

Hi SW well done on getting back on track. Can you update the chart please I'm currently 9 stone 13 pounds.
I was within cals yesterday but had mashed potato with my tea last night and boy haven't I been suffering from it ever since! Severe bloatedness :-( I seem to be able to eat other types of potato ok (in small amounts) but mashed potato really affects me??
Anyway I'm child free for a couple of hours this morning so am going to make beef casserole in the slow cooker plus butternut squash soup.
B - shreddies
L - butternut squash soup
T - beef casserole

Having a day at home today after a couple of busy days this week, lots of housework to catch up on. Banana sandwich for lunch and mince with mashed potato and Swede and lots of veg for dinner. Exercise will be school runs.
SW, I started at 181lbs this time and am currently 172.2lbs.

I've had a rubbish week this week. We went out for a team lunch on Tuesday to celebrate our success and so I had wine and a nice pudding, then yesterday I was at a conference and there was this lovely gooey chocolate cake which I failed to resist. So no danger of me losing anything this week. Still, we almost never go out at work, and we had a very late lunch and I was so stuffed from that that I didn't want anything else to eat so maybe it wasn't too bad after all.
Anyway, trying to stay in focus again now.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch will be leftovers from last night
Dinner will be fish and veggies
