Morning, how are you feeling today?
I had a really good day yesterday but did end up having a few beers while watching the match last night. I did do loads of exercise yesterday so hopefully that will counteract the beers - I logged everything and was still under calories.
I'm at work today so no temptation in my way. Can't get to the gym tonight as H is at work.
B - Go ahead bar
L - Soup and fruit
D - Jacket potato with tuna and salad.

I did good yesterday, had a couple of choc biscuits but was still well within calories. I weighed myself this morning and am now 10 stone so that's 5 pounds I've lost in 10 days! Can you update the chart please SW? I'm chuffed! Hopefully I'll start fitting back into my clothes now ha ha. Another half a stone to get to my ideal weight.
Well done on your gym work and staying under cals. How much do you want to lose before your sister's wedding?

Right I need to sort my body out. I'm at my goal weight but trying clothes on last night in the changing room all I could see was cellulite on my egs and bum and it was disgusting. So I really really need to up the water intake, ditch the tea and exercise like a crazy woman.

Frankie you are doing really well! Well done. No wonder you're pleased. How are you doing it, are you following a diet plan?
SW - well done on getting to the gym yesterday.
Belle - get yourself a jug of water and put it on your desk and make it your goal to drink your way through it. Then spend the rest of the day in the toilet
As for me I was over on calories yesterday because I went to a works drinks reception and had a glass of wine and a couple of canapes. But I'm not worrying too much because have been under several times this week so it should even out. Today I've done Ripped in 30 Level 2 again. I might even try giving Level 3 a whirl at the weekend.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is probably a sandwich
Dinner is a chicken made up leftovers meal with rice.

Cedar I have a 2litre bottle on my desk I fill everyday. Some days I get 3/4 through it others I don't touch it. I need to try harder!

Frankie thats a great loss in 10 days. I will be happy if I can lose 4lbs by my sisters wedding, not loads so should be doable.
Belle I hate changing rooms - all them mirrors are not good for body confidence.

Thanks, I'm not following a particular diet plan, I've cut out bread and potatoes as these really bloat me, swapped yoghurt and fruit instead of cereal for breakfast (or if I have no time then it's nothing) then salad for lunch. I won't lie, I'm hungry a lot but I always have a really good meal each night which I look forward to! Keeping busy these last couple of weeks has really helped me avoid temptation!

Its the avoiding temptation part that I find the hardest. Particularly when I'm hungry!

I had a skinny latte for breakfast and a M&S Fuller Longer Meal for lunch. Dinner is Keema curry with brown rice.
Gym membership doesnt start til 31st Jan, I'm trying to sort my diet out before then. Its not really working haha
